Beware if you are trying to work here. They are very sweet at first, so humble and caring. But, it all cahnges as employers they treat you like trash, Ever seen Devil Wears Prada? Well, this will be your boss. I was talked to like a child, very disrespectful comments, yelled at, when mistakes were made by other co-workers during MY DAY OFF, I was blamed for it, then when I confronted him on yelling at the wrong person, he suggested I better go find the right person then, no apology what so ever, a client of his even told me how Mr. Zagami stated how "dumb" his employee's are. I was rarely given any days off, and worked til 8 or 9Worst experiance of my life, if looking for employment i suggest to move past this place.

WOW you hit the nail on the head. I have never worked for such unprofessional people in my life! Everything that you have said is exactly what happened to me. No one had time to train me, but yet would get mad or yell at me for not knowing how to do something. I would also get blamed for mistakes other co-workers would do. My interview also seems great, until I started working for them!
I would love for people to see these reviews before they even think of working for them. Worst company and people I have ever worked for!

People really need to see these reviews before working there. Very unorganized and unrprofessional. No one to train you and you will get yelled at all the time. They're very nice at the interview, but trust me it all changes, they have bad attitudes. This job isnt worth the misery!

Wow. It's interesting that I'm just reading this, I just scheduled an interview with Mr. Zagami. I'll be sure to cancel. Thank you, for the heads up.

I worked for this company and yes, it is the worst! There was some sexual harassment going on in the office while I was there. He would get too close and would yell at me for wearing pants to an office and told me to go buy skirts because wearing dressy slacks were unprofessional! He gets too close and touchy feely for comfort, and he yells at you for pretty much anything! Both Ron and Dan have a "I'm-better-than-everyone " complex and he even yells at his own clients. I don't think I'd ever work for him again.

I worked there temporarily for Mr. Trozzi and I had absolutely no problems with him. While yes they are busy with work, Mr. Trozzi had no problems answering any questions I had or showing me how to do the work that he assigned. If you simply make sure you understand your assignments, you'll be fine. I also feel it's unfair to group them together when they're two completely different people.

I just started working this past month for dan Zagami , and after reading all these posts I feel so much better. I thought I was the only one. He was nice and everything seemed perfect at the interview..He would get upset over every little thing that wasn't my fault . For instance when the copy machine would leave little random dots here and there on the copies that looked like a small pen marks he would yell at me. When something was filed incorrectly he would blame me. He had me copy a stack of tax data and blamed me the next day for losing all but one piece of paper that was found in the folder when I copied it and handed it all to him. They are UNPROFESSIONAL I don't have a set schedule I would literally come in to work and before I leave I would have to ask him when and what time I would come in The next time. He did not provide any proper training, he showed me everything one time all in one day and just kind of threw me in the shark tank. So when I would make a small mistake he would say "the task is so simple, come on you're a college student", "were you distracted by something?!" and you need to be more "office aware" pretty much calling me dumb. NEVER WORK FOR HIM it's a waste of time

I use to work there as well. I do not recommend anyone to work for them. Particularly for Dan Zagami. Everything they did was unprofessional . I understand they get busy with work but it is unacceptable . There was barely any training, he gets mad and snappy when you make a mistake. I've never worked for anyone so unprofessional. I'm surprised they haven't been reported to the better business bureau.

Hahaha boy am I enjoying these comments and loving that they are finally being exposed for who they are. Yes, Dan is the worst, but Ron is no saint either. I worked for them in the late 90s. Sexual harassment, yelling, screaming, name calling, pitting employees against each other, throwing things... all in a Monday-Friday 9-5. It was terrorizing at times.
