And you, Dave Pee and JesusCreed are the nice guys? Y'all are just not used to running into someone who doesn't mind saying what folks really think of you.

I have never said Protestant churches did not have problems with sin, they do. A main difference we have involves this Pope and exactly what his status is. You and Mike both will not say whether the Pope is man or God. The impression you try to leave upon everyone is that the Pope is Christ but the two of you are afraid to come out and say so. Why? Because it goes against the teachings of the scriptures and history. When we speak what we really think and back it up with the facts all that is left for you is to respond with your childish behavior. We have the same problem that Luther had with you which is the reason the east/west church split. You guys are power hungry.

Maybe this old guy is finally ready to get out of purgatory! A saint! And it only took two miracles AFTER HIS DEATH to get it done! Does this mean Pope Francis knows he's going to heaven?
Let's not dodge this one. Will he finally get to heaven or not? And he's a miracle worker after death?

1979. The Mall Washington DC. I was the presence of His Holiness Pope John Paul II during his first visit to the United States. It has enabled me to withstand the likes of you and yours.

I don't have any apparent virus problems but that last post was unusual. I don't know what happened there.

Did he finally make it? Or will he in December? Was a pope so bad it took him 8 years to get out of purgatory? He can do miracles in purgatory? Does he only get into heaven if Francis says he does?

The CC is the only Christian Church. Of course they control everything.

You belong to a non-Catholic Christian ecclesial community.

You are a protester against the Church Jesus started. Because you were born into your situation you are not considered a heretic unless you actually learn what the Church teaches and rejects it. If you do that, you are a heretic.

So all who reject the RCC are heretics and hell bound?

Where in the Bible did the term "non-catholic Christian ecclesial community" come from?

What were the protesters protesting? Was their concerns valid?

You, me, all Americans and free people around the world owe Blessed John Paul II a debt of gratitude which can never be repaid. President Reagan, Prime Minister Thatcher and Blessed John Paul II destroyed the Soviet Union or maybe you are too young or too senile to know that. For that reason alone he will be remembered forever. His frailty and physical suffering during his last days is a witness to all of boundless faith. If anyone one is worthy of respect and honor by being declared a Saint it is this man. I'm sorry your faith is too limited to understand and appreciate that.

You got it it all came from the non christian catholic community:-)

Hope those church of christ boys can see how much they sound and operate like the catholics. The best ways to bring about uniformity is to make enemies of one another. If all catholics think this way, I want nothing to do with them.

Not sure about the hell bound part but heretical for sure. The concerns of the protesters were valid. Their methods were absolutely evil especially in England. However, we cannot sit here in 2013 and judge when communication between people much less countries took months if it were at all possible.

Can you imagine what a different world it would be today if communication and logistics had enabled the Catholic Crusaders to erase Muslims from the face of the earth? For the first time in my lifetime the world would be at peace.

Fortunately not all Catholics believe as these two. I am not bragging but I could make a better argument from the bible in support of the Catholic church than these two have. Not that I would believe my argument but I could make a better argument from scripture. Mike makes a better case but I think Mark is on the Protestant side.

And Mark thinks you are in the sewer on the way to the treatment plant. I hate to break the bad news but there are far better Catholic bashers than the Sproul clan.

You should not come to these threads thinking you can convert us with a bad attitude and trash talking. Probably not possible anyway. You might have better luck with asm...

It is absolutely not my intention to convert anyone. Once a low end prot always a low end prot. Few ever escape even to be a high end prot. This thread was started by JesusCreed for the sole purpose of bashing Catholics. JesusCreed failed. I always prevail because low end prots are the dumb, dumber, and dumbest among prots.
