11-Year-Old WV Girl Faces Gun, Assault Charges

Police say an 11-year-old Martinsburg girl threatened her 7-year-old sister with a gun to force the younger child to play with her.

where was the parents to this child ? and why was a gun in her presence guns r to be under lock and key. sounds to me like dhhr should be investigating. the person whom made the comment about the child being a piece of crap ur really in need of help as well , its not the 11 yr olds fault although she needs to be punished but the parents need to take the blame they r the piece of crap!

Really the parents needs to be charge on this matter and the gun or guns needs to be removed from the home and the child needs lots of Psychiatry help be for this happens again but next time it might not just be a threat.
