Is this new how long has it been in exsistence have you gotten any response . is this the same web site set up in2009?

Has anyone else had a situation where Frey only interviewed one side of the family? What about falsifying info to make his recommendation easier?

I just found out that you have to file a petition to remove the custody evaluator or guardia ad litem and replace with a mediator..if you will put in guardian ad litem dismissal Georgia it will show you a link to a petition you can print up yourself and submit it..if you have an attorney have him do it...you fix it up and take it to him...your attorney is in it for the money just like the other side is....everyone thinks their attorney is on their side...the longer the case goes on the richer they all become...except you.You both should have joint shared custody of your child....and that is the ultimate goal....that is your civil right....whether your ex spouse accepts this or not...a mediator is the right way to go period....you are not married anylonger..and I know ex's love to keep their claws in you....but that is counter productive to the welfare of the child...I know my grandson is totally miserable with the way his mom treats his dad....and the guardian just looks the other way....after 5 years she still rants about him not paying her fee..which by now would be out of this world....he got a head injury two months after the clarification hearing in 2007 and in 2008 was diagnosed with cancer and has had several seizures which have recieved head injuries..yet she still wants her money....which she will never get....the petition online explains it all....please go and try to find it.

I tried to get rid of the guardian ad-liem because she was so biased about my ex they even have relationship today are on each others Facebook the guardian had police reports and pictures of abuse and still put my son in the home of the abuser Dr Frey was hired we were told to determine the abuse however he reported later that was not his expertise even though he charged 4,000.

When my Frey report came back he stated that the pictures did not look like abuse to him. Frey went on to misquote me several times and he tried to paint a bad picture of me with false information. Years later I have custody. I think it will take multiple Frey reports with contradictory information but some of the same practices shown to take him out.

One more thing.. What I saw Frey do not only warrants him losing his license, it warrants him going to Federal prison.

If my evidence from the past is not enough the reasons I have custody now which are some of the same reasons argued before should be plenty.

tina masserachia who was a divorcedhouse wife who said she was a school teacher but was not. I was also told that she had stolen money from the guardian adlitem association. and they never did anything to her but made her step down.mrs weinberger i believevwas kind of like the president .and by the way guardians are not accountable to any license board but pretty much does what they want to.

If you look Frey is obviously aware of what is happening online and it appears that he has hired one of those services to cover search results with info sites when you google his name. Also on Rip off report his son Harrison is on there with beligerent, smart a$$&$ comments. Also on both of the Topix sites dealing with this, it appears Harrison or Jody III posted with 2 different names on the same day.
Just remember these are bad people you are dealing with and up to this point they have not been taken down. This will not be easy because of the way the laws are rigged up but I think it can happen.
Anyone that has to go to Frey in the future please DO NOT go in there thinking it will be honest and right. This is not about what is true or right..

He does belong in prison!!! PLEASE submit your evidence and report to the state board. I have already received responses and I am going class action.

The hearing will be 2pm at the Columbia County Court house in Evans in Superior court November 30....Ultes/Williamson vs Barnes....Ultes is her last name when this court action started 5 years ago and she got married last year...so Williamson is her name now. Anyone on this thread that truly wants to see justice done please show up on that day
And yes I will be contacting a lot of government officials and media. In family court there should be a no longer than 6 mo mediation period. Both parents can work through a mediator to come to an agreement..should that not be possible then a CASA..one who is not paid and has no goal but to reach an amiable resolution to this families breaking up. When lawyers get involved all they can see is dollar marks and the same for the guardians and custody evaluators....what is happening to children because of the greed of the court and the parent who wants it all....is destroying the hearts and minds of our children...it is like they are changing their DNA...the abuse and cruelty they endure turns them into people we don't recognize as time goes by...they change..because they become aware that one parent is cruel and one parent has to be protected..kids are not stupid..they are jut biding their time till they are old enough to tell you to go jump in the lake...as kids say....but teens now adays....we are creating children that grow up with so much pain in their hearts....and who's fault is it.....it's the court..because they have all the power..but it is also the lawyers because they could do the right thing....I have been told since I was a CASA..the judge always takes the guardians word over every body else's...I did not like that statement then and I don't like it now....it's biased and it's unfair to not only the parent who loves thier child,but for the child who has the right to both parents.

Who is the judge because if is Padgett he is clueless and biased listens only to the guardian

Be careful with this thread because not all involved in the Augusta circuit are bad. Yes Padgett listens to the guardian because that's the only way a judge can know what is goIng on.

The abuse seems to center around Frey and has obviously been complimented by Janet Weinberger.

What you have to realize is that Frey has no incentive to do good work because he has been protected by a lady judge and also a law passed by the state that gives immunity.

I understand Frey has been protected but you would think he would at least try to steer in the right direction and publish reports that are more accurate and believable. The man is a criminal.
