I'm also running my campaign this time on out of pocket money only. I will not accept ANY donations.
If I am elected I will not take any salary either. I am here to serve the citizens of Vallejo for free!
I guarantee you no on else will do any of this.
Your guarantee is bull. You dont have any money. Remember Sam is the ultimate welfare abuser who is homeless.

No one wants to give you a dime so you are acting like its a good thing. The only thing you serve is hate.

If Kurshan starts pounding the drum for district reps, the Gomers will crap their drawers, it would break up the downtown/westsider cabals and bring more citizens into city business. Right now the GOBs and the Gomers are the only two factions making decisions, and staff is laughing all the way to the bank, in other cities! I wonder what the aggregate property and sales tax leakage is from Vallejo with all that money going out of town?

the room will stink from the blown pants if kurshan starts pounding the tom-tom for district reps, nobody else up there is going to do it, they are all corrupt one way or another.

The gasses from Sams flatulence has overwhelemed your thinking.

Personally I like the idea of districts but it may produce unintended consequences--try to get as much for your district as possible and screw the needs of the city.

lol, he can certainly push your buttons with the right topic. the topic is district representation. it should be voted on by the people, right? they can figure out how after the people decide if they want it or not. no harm in letting the citizens decide, right? are you against letting the people decide regardless of what kurshan is saying. btw, the hasn't said anything about it yet, but i can see it is a sore subject for the vibsters and downtowners, who get most of the attention anyway, still we have nothing down there, but some lights, wooo-woooo! and plenty of armed thugs day and night.

LOL. i don't recall stating an opinion one way or the other.
people from the east side have rarely run for council. the majority of those have been filipino. i'm curious about why that is.

It's clear Kurshan has found the subject the Gomers do not want to explore. Let the Fantastic Four tap dance from the dais on this. Keep on pounding the point Sam!

The question is should the people be allowed to vote on the formation of districts. If you haven't got an answer, stay the freak out the discussion with your smarmy comments. Dumb freaking crone!!

LOL. no, that's your question. my question is why people from the east side rarely run for council. is that too complex for you? stay the freak out of the discussion? do you feel threatened by me? trying to censor the conversation? why are you so uncomfortable with my question?

i don't know why. now what about your answer, district reps to the people for a vote or not? i won't ask you again if you pass. you are the one seems threatened by changing the way the citizens are represented.

Dunno, that isn't the topic here anyway. You have an opinion on letting the people vote on it or not? Seems like you want to deny letting the people decide because it would win just as handily as Schivley's and Intintioli's asses were kicked by an engaged voter community now. We are fed up being left out in South, North, and East Vallejo.
