Their always out of something. Recently had 11 items on my list, they were out of 7 of them. They never have enough eight o'clock coffee on the shelf! They go days at a time without Carnation French Vanilla sugar free creamer. Seems like it would be a good idea to keep items on the shelf at all times, so they can be sold to customers. What else did they not have, my shaving cream, shout stain remover, my bread (oh, and did I mention the busiest aisle in the store, the bread aisle, is also the most narrow aisle in any store in the world!!! Why is that? We've got some big people shopping in that store, in their little scooters, that make it difficult to get down the aisle). What else, well you get the idea. Always out of something!

I agreed with your comment until I gOt to the end. What does big people on their scooters have to do with anything. You lost all credibility with that statement.

Those aisles in that store only,(that I've been in) are too, too, narrow! You can't get 2 carts down them.

Come on WTH, have a little sense of humor. The point is, WALMART IS FREQUENTLY OUT OF ITEMS on their grocery shelves, and the BREAD AND COFFEE AISLE IS TOO NARROW, for shoppers with or without carts, with or without scooters! Oh, and another thing, why is it that the bread guy comes to restock the bread at 5pm, when everybody just got off work and we're standing 3 deep, IN THE BREAD AND COFFEE AISLE!!!

So the people who are out of items on their list, have you tried going a different day of the week? Or at a different time? Or hey, crazy thought, a different store? You need to understand walmart isn't magic and cannot restock shelves when they do not have enough product or don't know the product is sold out. And on the same note, they don't generally have products in the back unless the truck just came in.

We have no control of what comes in every night on the truck. Our job is to stock what is there, I work 3rd shift and everything you see on the shelves is stocked by 3rd shift. The only thing we do not stock is produce and the fresh meat wall, the bread vendors usually come in between 2am and 3am every morning. If you are needing something in particular, the only thing I can tell you to do is speak to someone in managment.

The produce in the Martin Walmart is pitiful. Fulton is a little better. The Martin Walmart is frequently out of common items. I think it needs new management.

It would help if the store manager was actually there at the store.

We stock 3500 to 4000 pieces every night on 3rd shift We cannot put it on the shelf if the warehouse doesn't send it. It is agravating but it is out of our hands. You need to work for walmart to fully understand just how screwed up the corp. office is. not much is controlled at store level.

The system is designed to order things according to projected sales but unfortunately the distribution centers are not allowed to take losses on products. This causes them to send things the store doesn't need or even things that won't sell no matter how low the price is.

I can understand being out of a product with so many shoppers in the store everyday, but what I don't understand is one check-out aisle open and people backed all the way up to the clothing department. I know that I could go through the "self-check" line but usually that is clogged up with people (who like me) don't have a clue how to work the darn thing and it takes twice as long. When you are buying over $200 worth of food (and I pay with cash)it looks like they would open another aisle when that many people are waiting. It took me longer to check out than it did to shop.
That is why I don't go there unless I have to. I live so far away that by the time I get through the hour long wait to check out my frozen food is almost melted.

I love getting on here everyday and seeing people gripe about where i work.... ahhh just makes my day.... my lord yall give it a rest ... no way does it take u an hour to check out i am a cashier and i know better. And if u think its bad now just wait ... its only gonna get worse... we get to remodel next year in february and they are gonna put 4 more self checks in and u know what that means.... probably even fewer checkers. Yep gonna be awesome huh... its not as bad as yall make it out to be... people just wanna walk right up to a register be the only one in line and get out. And if the lines do get long they try to open another one but if there is no one able then that's just the way it is.
