I think it needs to b shutdown ....no real names just shutdown completely ....i have posted on here abd the only response i got for the most part was people being very judgmental and just plain rude..when they have no clue about my life or anyone's ...TOPIX is crap..yes i posted here...finally a topic that makes sense

i agree this is a bulling site and all it does is give ppl rights to talk bad about others and hurt them and but their business on front street for everyone to judge they dont have to put their real names but when they talk about someone they are allowed to put their names on here its not right i have had friends talked bout read businesses bad mouthed about and this needs to stop ....

There is crap on facebook just as bad. At least on topix you can have things removed. If something on facebook is written about you I don't know what recourse you have.
I agree that a lot of things on topix is over the top and that's why I don't pay much attention to those threads. On the other hand, some threads pertaining to government and current events can be educational.

Like any forum open to discussion, abuses accurate. Topic could actually be helpful to people seeking information or to just talk about current topics of interests. Am I offended by some of the postings I see here? Of course. Should topix be removed? Absolutely not. The right to free speech protects your right and my right to address issues.
