It has been brought to our attention that James Dean Zellner DOB: 08/02/1947 has been living at this address.
Mr. Zellner was convicted of Continuous Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child on 08/28/1998 and sentenced to 8 years. He Raped her over the period of 4 ½ years (from age 7 to age 11)before he was caught. She has been Diagnosed with Hepatitis C, causation is attributed to the Anal Rape & Sodomy perpetrated by Mr. Zellner on his own adopted daughter.

Mr. Zellner has another Minor Child Reubin Zellner who lives with his mother in Belton, TX. He has made no arraignments to pay back child support for his Child since his Release. A Warrant is being issued by the Texas Attorney General’s Office seeking all back child support.

I would Caution all Parents to watch this one CLOSELY.

There were other Reports of Child Molestation attributed to Mr. Zellner, but were dismissed when he was found Guilty by Jury Trial on 08/28/1998 in Bell County Texas.

lthank you uwn. so far life has been great for me i have three loving sons that doesnt know that their biological grandfather is such a worthless person. but sometimes at night i worry about heredity especially with having boys. but i have faith in the way that i have raised my boys that life will be just as good for them in adulthood as it has been in childhood. unlike jay i love my children with words and praise. not with beatings and raping.
