One of the finest vintage Craftsman homes in Union Co will be auctioned soon (labor day I think)

802 Dr. Blair Road, custom built by and home to Dr. Mott Parks Blair who was about the ONLY Dr in Marshville, who died in the 1940s. His wife, Mary Barrett Blair, died in the late 1960s, and the property was sold to Don and Mable Mitchell who treasured the
fine features of this property. The original interior woodwork is amazing and the rooms are big. They named the road after Dr. Blair.
It will be open for inspection Sun Aug 15 3-4pm
It is a prized historic home if you know someone who can seize this
opportunity.
