You could always change your name if it bothers you that much. Or Randy and David could get off the alcohol and drugs and stay out of the news that way!

I know that whole crowd. I knew David when he had good sense. I know Erika and all of them. I don't blame some of them for getting on here and defending David and Jill. I would to if it was my family. David has been messed up for a long time and they tried to get him straightened out. It was just a matter of time until he got caught. When he was younger he was cool. Like a lot of kids we would sneak and drink beer when we were in our teens and we would smoke a joint every now and then but we stayed out of trouble. After I left Marshville David started running with some bad people. They were into the hard stuff and they would do about anything to get it including beating people up, stealing and whoring out this certain girl that ran with them. Two of that group are now in prison.

If it was my dad, I would defend him too. You don't see Topix headlines about 99% of the other people in Marshville or Union County who are arrested. I check out the Union County Sheriffs site and over half are arrested for drug charges. Why is David any different? If we are going to discuss people with drug problems..then let's discuss them ALL...seriously. He is Randy's brother...oh ok.. And? Just saying...we can look online and find 100 more people in his shoes without Randy for a brother. I couldn't imagine his daughter having to read the crap some of you put on here just because you knew him when...so what! Let's go through your family tree and I bet we would find some real winners there too!

Amazed asks..."Why is David any different"?
Because of the notoriety his famous brother received running around naked after wrecking his car and trying to fight the cops who were attempting to arrest him. David's behavior is strikingly similar except he kept his clothes on while cooking crackrock. You might be right when you say if he wasn't Randy's brother nobody would pay much attention...but how about Shot Tomberlin, everybody knows that 3 time loser to.

Father: Farmer, faithful member and deacon at Sandy Ridge, served in the US Navy during Korean war, never drank or smoked
Mother: Housewife, never worked outside of the home, Sunday school teacher and Annie Armstrong Missions chairwoman Sandy Ridge, never drank or smoked
Brother#1.. Graduated FHHS, went into US Army fought in Dessert Storm, works at Charlotte Plastic, Taking college credit courses from CPCC at night, married 2 children, member of Monroe 1st Baptist
Brother #2.. Honor graduate FHHS, Academic scholarship to Wake Forest, graduated with a 3.65 GPA, now in Law School UNC-Chapel Hill, Attends Faith Baptist Church
Sister.. played Soccer 4 years at FHHS, graduated with honors, in her 3rd year at UNC-G. attends a Baptist church within walking distance of her dorm which I don't know the name of.
Me: Played football at FHHS, graduated, worked at Scott Aviation in Monroe then went into the US Air Force. I served 2 hitches or 8 years active, I'm still on IRR. The best thing about being in the Air Force was getting to travel to different parts of the world. I have been to Italy, Germany, Turkey, Greece, England, Ireland, France, Phillipines, Japan, China, Korea and Argentina. I'm presently living in Monroe and working as a mechanic at an automobile dealership in Matthews. I am engaged to a wonderful lady who is a nurse at Presbyterian Matthews. I attend Elevation church in Matthews.

Great...so your immediate family are upstanding people...So you mean to tell me you don't have a cousin or someone behaving in a manner of which you don't approve? We all know people who we wish would straighten up. My point is, why not name off the the other 100 crackheads or potheads in Marshville. I am sure David and Shot aren't the only two.

If a man is guilty of smoking crack he should be punished. It is not a victimless crime as some would tell you. People who are addicted to crack and other drugs will do anything for a fix, break into your house, steal your valuables, kidnap your children, beat you up and even kill. They need that money to buy another hit. Crack, Cocaine, Heroin, Meth are terrible things. Anyone who manufactures or sells these poisons should be executed because they are slowly killing people with that addictive poison. Eye for an eye. Let's get a law passed where drug dealers and crack cooks have to face the firing squad. That will stop this nonsense dead in it's tracks. Get it passed and there won't be no more drug dealers or crack cooks. that's what I say and I am Nathel Hailey.

That's just cruel! So my dad made a mistake, it's no reason for him to die!

Mr. Hailey,
I am shocked at your response! You are the chairman of the board of directors of dss in union county. I can't believe you would say such inappropriate things and not present yourself as a positive role model with the position you hold. It speaks very poorly of you. How many individuals in this county have been arrested for various charges and do you feel the same about them all? Many of the individuals that you serve in your position have been arrested for the same issues! Shame on you! Are you without issues or sin? Let's pray for this family!

It's not like you have ever made a mistake in your life. I tried to find in the Bible where it says don't judge people. I didn't find it but it's in they're along with the Thou Shall not's or ten commands. It ain't none of your business anyway so mind your own and let other people live there own lifes.

It should be made legal so more people could enjoy the pleasant high you get. If it was allowed to be made in a real lab there would be no danger. In Mexico there are very good labs where it is made safely. I have found that Crystal not only makes me high but it has made me lose weight and I am much smarter since I have started using. My advice is if you are dumb and fat you should try it. I have lost 60 pounds of fat and I am now slim. Chicks dig me but the only bad thing is I am more intersted in getting stoned than doing the hokey pokey. It will definitely make you smart. I am thinking about writing a book about Calculus and I barely passed 7th grade math. I see numbers floating around in the sky when I am high so I started doing algebra and then calculus inside my head. I didn't know if I was right or wrong but I asked some college professor I was smoking crack with and he said "yeah dude you are right" then he passed out and threw up in my bed.

Dude--what are you (Male) doing in bed with your college professor (Male) besides smoking crack? That is totally whack. Your post quoted above is one of the dumbest things I have ever read. Thanks for wasting my time reading your [email protected]+. I'm with Hailey on this, let's bring back public executions. He's right, if we execute a few of these dope peddlers the problem will disappear quickly.
