Roehl Transport Accident

So very sorry to hear about the fatal, tragic accident that claimed 7 lives in Indiana. Deepest sympathy to everyone involved, and especially to the driver of the truck who has to live with this tragedy every single day of his life. I would also like to say that 10 people in a minivan is illegal, and certainly overloaded. Another thing that should be pointed out is that the illegal minivan should not have stopped in a travel lane on a major highway during darkness. Minivan taillights are NOT that bright, and I'm sure the driver of the truck did not see them in time to fully stop. ALthough the minivan struck a deer before the semi truck struck them, that is no excuse for stopping on a MAJOR highway in a travel lane. Since we all have to share the road with other drivers, we have to exercise a lot of caution when we drive.
Like I said...I am deeply sorry for everyone's loss, but let's not forget the driver of the truck who is still suffering as well. P.S. I do not know this driver or anyone else involved in this accident.
