I am having very significant problems with them. I would put their impact on me at greater than your # per day.

This company is a scam they operate under three names Sandcaste Group Sandcastle Homes and Fourseasons Sunroom. The Salesman will tell you anything in order to get the deposit and then you are out of luck the Feasibilty study is a scam this can be done for free by visiting your building department

All the positive reviews were written by the company

buyer beware several complaints also with their HIC license

Just wanted to echo all the other posters comments...stay away!!! Attended the seminar, got sucked into putting the deposit for the home design. Then I was asked to pay for a feasability study. Shouldn't the feasability study come before the home design? Otherwise, how would you know how big of a house to build. Washed my hands and took the loss.
And they have an "A" rating on BBB!!!???
Don't waste your time.

We are very happy about our second floor addition finished almost one and an half years ago. It went really well and the whole team worked with us is very professional. We would like to thank you for taking care of things earlier this week. They did a good job promptly. We really appreciate it.

Our underwriters enjoyed your presentation on both modular homes and your beautiful sunrooms. We found both very educational and hopefully, we will be more aware the next time we see on of your projects. Our staff took quite a lot away from our day’s experience. The complete team at your operation systems was extremely helpful in our quest for continuing education of our staff adjusters.

Underwriters for WHAT? Why would you write a review for a visit to a showroom? No legitimate place would review a company for the show they put on. This sounds like something you would send in a thank-you email. Sounds more like a fake positive review written by the company.

I wish to thank you very much for your help in my recent situation regarding the replacement of my furnace. As you are aware our home is only 5 years old and you do not expect to be replacing mechanical equipment this soon. When I was told I needed a replacement furnace I reached out to you for assistance.

We suggest others do not choose this company. We did in 2010 & regret it! We are currently in a lawsuit we brought against them and thousands of dollars out of our pockets for repairs, legal fees, inspector fees, alternate housing costs etc. etc. We have been fighting for what is right since 2011 & waiting on court dates. They promise a warranty with your new home yet beware, they may not actually provide this warranty! Make sure you SEE the documents for proof of warranty & payment made! They use "handymen" they have "in house" to do jobs that require professionals in the trade! Energy efficient home.....NOPE! Windows & doors are loose and air comes through every hole, exterior facing walls are SO ice cold to the touch in winter & drafty....this is just to say the least. This house is falling apart. The roof let go last week & we got water through the ceiling on our upper level. This same roof that the "handymen" said they fixed after we found out it was improperly installed. Our exterior trim/siding (even after "repair" by the handymen) has blown off again. Our case is so complex it can't be discussed in 4,000 characters but we do have a video on YouTube about our home showing just some of the issues. We are not RICH people....we are the little guy, a teacher & a mom, and don't want others to go through the same misery! We have a compiled list of customers with issues and it just keeps growing! Along with previous employee statements. Please research & look elsewhere! This is a real review from real people and we will not stop until justice is served in our case.

Customer of SC: Please report your experience to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office. Also file a formal complaint with MA Board of Building Regulations & Standards. Your building inspector should be able to help with correct codes for complaint.
