The only thing Snyder Industries needs do is have their lawyer construct a good release from responsibility form for each person wishing to visit the cemetery - this could be one in an ironclad way. It is cruel & unjust for Snyder to restrict people from their family members for such simple reason. It looks to me like they just don't want to be bothered. Maybe they would like to fund the removal of the cemetery to a new location. Families, showing historic value, could apply for Federal Grants for the project. Better yet apply to large corporations, even Oprah Winfry, to get their precious family members to a safe accessible place. No one should lie abandoned or demeaned. Start an internet campaign to your political representatives. If your family member had been born a slave - that might be a key point to use to leverage monies for change of address for him. Good luck in your endeavor. Think about starting a fund and reach out for donations to the public. Yes, everyone is pretty poor these days but I know if many gave a little, your families might be able to have comfort. MaryF.

Just a thought. If the town government wanted to use that road they would just put in for eminent domain & take it. See if you can get in the news nationally and shame those cruel landowners.
