Judge William T. Hughey was caught granting injunctions on propery in North Dakota. The state of Texas prohibits this actions as he had no jurisdiction on property outside the state of Texas. He ordered this injunction on nonresidents of Texas. His actions are invalid, illegal and constitutes fraud. Further he has multiple judicial complaints pending for unauthorized exparte communication. This raises serious questions to his credibility of the cases in which he presided over.
It further raises questions as to why a judge would be willing to knowingly break the law. I wonder if he was promised something in return.
