Allegiance Communications is the WORST Internet provider in the world. They're worse than WORST. They should NOT EVEN EXIST. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They DO NOT CARE about their customers. Their Internet service SUCKS. They allow their service to be down for days at a time (I'm talking over 5 days here)!!!! This company needs to be shut down.

You guys hit the nail on the head Allegiance sucks. They hardly ever work and when it does the service is crap. Plus you get no where with the customer service. They charge high prices and don't give any credits for your loss of service.

I had a $450 dollar bill last month claiming overages in FEB. I only have internet through them and they say I managed to download 90 GIGS if crap in one month and that they only allow me 50 so they charged me $3/gig over. I tried to explain to them that I couldnt have done that since I was on leave for 2 weeks in FEB and had turned everything off.(90 gigs in 2 weeks?, this is bull. After almost 2 hours of argueing my case in their office talking to everyone from receptionist to tech supervisor, all i got was $150 credit.
