These young Americans work hard all week and like to get together with friends for some friendly competition and a few beers on Friday night. They have been doing it for decades with no problem. All of a sudden they're fined for something that's never been enforced until this week. Park districts in Rockford and Joliet actually sell beer at their ball parks. But, of course, they have people on their rec boards who actually promote recreation.

If they were charged I am pretty sure they are not old enough to drink! What do you expect police to ignore stuff like this.
