It's amazing how only certain people, the "outsiders" have city ordinances enforced along with treats of conviction while many many other are braking those same ordinances are left alone. I guess it comes down to who you know in this town

I'm not from Clarendon Hills! I'm from Seneca Il. LaSalle Co. These unfair rules happen here in Seneca unless your a good old boy!

especially drinking and driving. Of course, I wouldnt even consider doing it and trying to get away with it, but the "good Ole boyz' do. There needs to be some NEW police officers.
