If you were in a legal situation and you asked a lawyer for advice about what to do about your house that your ex lives in.....then the lawyer tells you to file a 'quit claim deed' on your house.....THEN the SAME lawyer turns out to be your ex's lawyer...would you consider that legal advice?

by the way....a 'quit claim deed' means you lose rights to your house completely EXCEPT for the debt!

Really, what I'm telling you is my ex lives in a house that I co-own with my ex. The lawyer that told me to do a quit claim deed is ALSO my ex's lawyer.

I called my bank and Mark Judas told me "NO WAY, DO NOT FILE A QUIT CLAIM DEED."

This lawyer is trying to say he did not give me legal advice. My question to you guys is *do you agree that the lawyer gave me legal advice?".....he claims he never gave me "legal advice", but to me that is just a matter of semantics/tricky wording.

ty for your response by the way

A "quit claim deed" effectively gives the home to your ex for free and leaves the debt with you. How dumb can you be? I recommend you take that lawyer out on the lake for some ice fishing and make sure you lead him out onto the thin ice. You dummy.

Now where are the cutey fatty Wisconsin girls? I got some beer n brats for you cute chubby....

Thanks, my thougts exactly. I'd LOVE to put that scumbag, piece of shit lawyer on thin ice. Instead I put him on youtube. LOL. He also happens to be the lawyer for The City of Princeton, Lud Wurtz....and I'm going to put his nazi-ass out of business if it's the last thing I do.

So Lud Wurtz was responsible for a conflict of interest? Take action and tell the Wisconsin Bar.

Yes, Lud aka Ludwig Wurtz is knowingly practicing law while committing conflict of interest. How would I go about reporting him to the state bar?

Also, Lud Wurtz being the city's atty. is a "conflict of interest" in it's own in my opinion because he does NOT give a damn about this city. Isn't a city attorney supposed to act in the best interest of the city?! The DA in Green Lake cares more about Princeton than the City's own lawyer.(that's another story)

So, how does one prove that Lud Wurtz is BAD for the city?
