His birthday would have been coming up May 27th. Please remember him, as he was not only a victim of Jeffrey Dahmer, but a victim of the cold-blooded, lawless, attitude that permeates our police departments and justice system. He did NOT have to die, his family's lives did NOT have to be ruined. I took the bus to school with him everyday and will forever remember his smiling face.

Later on I will post the police report of Princeton's police IGNORING an anonymous call from one of my neighbor's complaining about my former neighbor, who has a diagnosed psychosis and long criminal record, abusing her kids.

NO, it's not quite a "konerak s." case, but they never are, UNTIL THEY END IN TRAGEDY.

Is it illegal to post a police report online? Of course I would block out names and other identifiable info (such as the SS#'s Matt did NOT block out) I would think it's not illegal and I could leave the officer's name in it.

i think it is great you posted this about konerak. i dont even know him and have been aware of what happened to him just over a year ago. and i am so heart broken over this. i cant believe this happened to him. it hurts so much to think about it. I have not forgotten konerak and i think about him all the time and how this could have been prevented. It must be harder for you as you said you rode the bus with him.
rest in peace konerak.

My boyfriend had told me his uncle said he was a friend of the boys father. I wonder if the police got punished or was never to be able to live life guilt free of what they could have possibly stopped this horrible incident. My heart goes to k.s family

Oh God, don't get me started! As far as I know one of the swine-pigs was promoted, yes promoted, not stoned to death or hung in the middle of a town square like he should have been if we lived in a civilized society. The swines made fun of the boy and threatened to arrest the women that called the cops over it!!! Guilt? I highly doubt it. Law enforcement is a perfect career for sociopaths and psychopaths, they get to be sadistic freaks AND be paid for it.

I feel guilt because Konerak was rumored to have a high-school "crush" (that's what we used to call it back in the day, lol) on me, and sometimes I feel in a way if I didn't ignore him things would have been totally different and maybe he wouldn't have been there or something...I don't know? A lot of people at school and our neighborhood were perplexed and emotional about it.

i am doing a research paper about dahmers victim and the supposid " phsycological" reasoning behind it, but as i have read in old newspaper and online and all that mombo the two officers were punished severly(some websites said imprisonment" for their ignorance and stupidity
i am 18 and an enlisted coast guard and i respect authority but in this situation i hope they got what they deserved nomatter what theyre punishment may have been. theyre going to the bad place either way, maybe theyll meet dahmer there

I came across this thread while looking up info on the Dahmer case, and I couldn't help but reply to your very insightful comment. The fact is, the entire justice system in Milwaukee County has, to this day, hands sopping with blood. Not only after the Konerak case could murders have been prevented, but if the city of Milwaukee had any backbone, they would've locked Dahmer away in prison for years after he molested Konerak's own brother three years earlier. And they should have too, because even before then, he was arrested for engaging in a lewd act in front of two boys. The worst part of it is that after Konerak's family won their civil suit, a thief robbed their house and stole every penny! There were no "winners" in this circumstance AT ALL.

From the horrific experiences this poor family has endured, I'm betting they regret ever leaving Laos. The justice system doesn't have enough space or funds to lock up the 'mere' sexual deviants who live amongst us. The cops' treatments of the younger boy on that fateful night is nothing short of a true nightmare coming to life.

Why would JSM insert herself into this tragic story as some kind of object o affection?!?!

She has turned a tragedy into a farse. Nobody had a crush on JSM. Stacey maybe....but certainly not JSM!

My lord the ego nutjob.
