Considering Go Blue Forever, the former infatuated Team Obama cheerleader - who never missed an chance to push any thread down a pro-Obama rabbit hole regardless of what the subject - has evidently thrown in the towel and conveniently decided to refrain from his usual Obama lauding one-liners, let me take this opportunity to proclaim Obama's greatness on his behalf:

"But unemployment is down to 7%..."

You see, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate has dropped to 7 percent. Employment increased in transportation and warehousing, health care, and manufacturing.

That's actually pretty good news. Except ...

You have to factor in that the labor participation rate hasn't gone up more than .2 percent, which means people who have left the labor force aren't coming back. According to numbers crunched by CNSNews, more than 90 million people are not in the labor force.

90 million people!

You figure that number back into the calculation and we're right back up above 9-10% unemployment.

Furthermore, and this is coming straight from the progressive mindspring, Huffpo, 75% of the jobs created in 2013 were part-time. The left will dazzle you with arguments as to why this is, and some will further argue this is a lie, but the figures are out there. The majority of jobs created under Obama have been part-time.

So, on behalf of Go Blue Forever's retirement from Team Obama's Glee Club, let's congratulate ourselves on the 7% unemployment we're currently enjoying - just don't look too closely at reality when doing so!

Seriously? Do you really need to act like such a child. So what the Blue doesn't converse anymore. I don't blame him. You act like the libs are the attackers. Read what you typed, whom is the attacker here? Ummmmmmmmmmm that would be you.

BTW many of you claim that under Bush unemployment was sooooo great. Use the same math on him as you are doing now. If you can't see that things are improving that is your problem. You cannot accept any positive news that comes from this administration. All you look for is to argue the negative.

Things were improving in 2007 right before the economy went into the crapper. Remember those record stock market highs? The crash that's coming next will make that look like good times.

Yea that is why the market hit a major low, somehow it has hit over 16,000 pts. So much for how you pay attention. How is that 401k plan doing for you?

Once again Sandy you are wrong. I just call it as I see it. Aren't you on the right the one's who always say that the left is the one calling the names? Well who started this thread? One of the one's that call names all the time. However, we know that you will never see that.

As for sticking up for Blue, why not? I know he can defend himself, but I also respect his choice to stay out of the attack system that you and and others always do. Look in the mirror and read your posts. You are one of the meanest on these forums. You do not know what an adult conversation is.

"Waaaaa, she's a big meany! Mommy, make her stop!" THAT is exactly what YOU sound like. Too bad you can't see who actually is doing the attacking and who is trying to defend themselves. As for an adult conversation, you can't even define it let alone tell me I don't know what one is there Beverly. And who stole who's name, by the way? Want to protect yourself, register your name. You are fun to laugh at though.

Is it attacking to point out that someone who for years had posted snotty little one-liners to every serious thread about the state of our country , thinking he was being clever, has now slinked off like a coward now that Obama's chickens are coming home to roost?

BTW: I can see things when they really do improve, but evidently unlike you, I'm not ignorant enough to take politically spun employment numbers as fact. It's surface-level voters like yourself that have caused so many headaches because you're too damned quick to want everything to be rosy and nice, and you believe everything you hear. Well, wake up, Sassy - it's not as nice as you think, and I've given you the facts to define exactly why. Refute them if you can, but otherwise take your emotional tantrums elsewhere. I'm tired of coddling the left's emotional baggage.

It hit records highs before it crashed last time. Many economists are predicting another crash worse than 2008. I'll leave it to you to do the research to figure out why. Makes no difference to me whether or not you're prepared. In fact, I might take some small amount of satisfaction watching the low information lemming sheep cattle continue to chant,'it's all gooooood....ooooommm...' while their finances crumble because they didn't see it coming.

Seriously.

Come on, Sassy, you took the time to attack me for calling out one of the most prolific posters over the last 4 years who just so happens to have chosen the opportune time of Obama's fall from grace to hide out from the reality he's so vocally supported all this time. I've no doubt when people lose interest in the depressing Obamacare facts and just bend over to take it, Go Blue will come roaring back from his college football hideaway into the political scene, posting his usual pithy pro-Obama one-liners and clever quips. I don't think he needs you sticking up for him, but since you did ...

Let's discuss some of those "things" that are improving thanks to President Obama. Go ahead ...
