Did anyone on here, see it reported that the Arab League had offered to reimburse the United States for actions in Syria?

Given they have not yet considered the aftermath from iran, hezbollah, and other terrorists, I'd be skeptical they would want it advertised who actually paid us to launch such an action. They fear them more than we do. It wouldn't take long for them to back down from their offer and we would once again be left bearing the brunt of the hate and other bad things that would happen.

Why don't they just do it themselves?? They want a third party (the U.S.) to do their dirty work for them.

And...there is NO guarantee that American lives will not be lost. What's the price you'd put on yet another American being killed for some dumb religious islamic war that no matter what the outcome, will NOT be a good one for the U.S.

Like Blue said, starting an argument.

What amazes me is that you believe it. I highly doubt they will. Kerry is starting to make things up. You have the Saudi's who back al-qaeda who is backed by Iran. Qatar also sponsors terrorist. Yemen hates us just as much. Be careful with them. Once they get what they want from us, they will turn on us in a heartbeat. I don't believe a word that they will pay for it.

IF Kerry is not lying, IF they are indeed willing to PAY for it, then why don't they just DO IT? For starters, Saudi ranks at about #10 in the world for military spending, and buys heavily from the USA, UK and France. Turkey, goes without saying, one of the baddest military machines in the world when it cranks up for action. Egypt, too intently focused on its own mess, but I guarantee they could add considerable leverage.

They are chickenshits. They want America to do their dirty work to save face within their sick, twisted, disgusting religion. If America attacks Syria they can later join in and bitch because the zionist enemy nation bombed their beloved fellow islamists and caused the death of innocent women and children.

That was easy...

It's a brilliant move to save face...he knows damn well, just like anyone else, they will never come to an agreement which will put the blame on them, not him, for what ever action or lack thereof.
Now it's a good thing to use the senate ? lol , and Obama never lies, he is perfect, right ?

Watching this on the news is the most laughable, nauseating, disgusting thing. WHY? because you so-called liberals and your anti war BS.

It's like having a KKK member as the head priest of an all black church, then the far left, all news, points at mcCain for not invading ? lololololzzzzzzzzz

Calling me a "liberal" or a "lib" reduces your credibility to zero "0", nothing, zip.
Your percepion of others is limited to the hate you display.

We have no business involving the U.S. in a islamic religious war anywhere.
That's not a "liberal" or a "conservative" stand or view. It's reality, but apparently you don't understand that or can't associate the reality that anyone, regardless of their political views, can understand that.

That makes you weak and actually somewhat dangerous to the mainstream citizens of the U.S.

And you got your answer - about as resoundingly as Obama is getting his answer from the American people about how much they support his war-mongering Syria plan.

Answer: Yes, we heard it, and no, we aren't buying it. Period.

You reply and say I argue all the time Blue, I am just quoting what you say. Perhaps you should go back and reread some of your posts to me and others? Then again, that would mean that you might have to take a good look at what YOU say to others.

They are pulling out al the stops to try to gain support for attacking Syria.
Yesterday the videos "leaked" out and today they are trying to appeal to the christian community by crying about a christian town being taken over.
Supposedly there is going to now be a "civil war" in Afganistan when we pull out...who cares?? The "civil war" will only be islam against islam. The more they are killing eachother the less time they have to kill others, like American citizens.

I truely hope our Representatives have the balls to SAY NO to any military action.

Next week will be critical. Obama is back and will be doing his best Chicago-style "politicking" in attempts to stronghand enough democrats to try and turn the tide. If he and Pelosi can bully the dems into voting they could turn, but right now only 25 members of congress support his Syria attack plan.

Obama always claims he's looking for bi-partisanship. I think he's getting it now, and he's not the lest bit happy. He and his progressive media will be out in force doing and saying whatever it takes to divide once again in order for him to get his way.

His only claim to fame...trying to get bi-partisan support to bomb an islamic nation fighting a religious war, against the will of the majority of the American people, possibly breaking international law, with no possible positive outcome because helping either faction of the islamic religion will not bring them to liking Americans.
This whole thing is bordering on insanity.
