As for defunding / repealing the ACA, its not going to happen. Here's the unvarnished naked truth "Really" and its smacking you upside your thick head.
The U.S. House voted 42 times to dismantle the law, but hasn’t succeeded once. The Democratic-controlled Senate won’t agree to get rid of the law in its entirety. Anything Congress puts together that substantially affects funding will certainly be veto'd, meaning Congress must override it with 2/3 majority. Them comes the recent shenanigans by Ted Cruz. He falls flat with his sham 21-hour “filibuster” in an effort to force the Senate to agree to defund the health law. Next came Cruz' fiasco CR that effectively said "Defund Obamacare" or shut the govt. down. We all know where that ended up and where the GOP, is as a party right now -- in the gutter!
Bottom line — the money designated to fund Obamacare’s most important provisions has already been appropriated, and can’t be removed unless the law is totally repealed.
The lunatic GOTP can slow its implementation but they can't stop it. Good luck with repealing ACA!
It won't happen tomorrow or even next year. However, once the country gets a real good look at what the true devastating effects of the ACA are, you can bet they will be pushing for it to be repealed. The effects on the economy alone will push it to be repealed. But, since you have your head stuck so far up Obama's behind that you can't see anything, I wish you luck. Better check on getting that surgically removed before 2014 since elective surgeries aren't covered by Obamacare.

You better prove it first, your claim that "elective surgeries aren't covered by Obamacare."

What elective surgeries? You thinking of having a nose job, or having the fat surgically removed from your arse?

Once again you are so wrong in your scare scheme of things. The ACA does not deny elective surgery if it is deemed medically necessary just as it is in the past insurance qualifications. If you want a nose job and it is not deemed medically necessary your insurance will not cover it today or under ACA. If you need your hip replaced because it is medically necessary it will be covered. It is not considered elective if it is medically necessary nor should it be or has it been.

I'm sorry. Obamacare was always a Trojan Horse method of bringing about a single payer system and now I'm letting the cat out of the bag. Those socialists Bob and pipedream have convinced me that the Constitution is evil and needs to be replaced by the dictatorship of the new messiah Obama. He is God! He is God! He is God! I will offer up my children as sacrifice to him. I love everything Antichrist.

And apparently neither you NOR pippy can detect sarcasm??? Or is it merely that you are both so busy attacking you can't see the forest for the trees. And one more thing, I'm not trying to scare anyone since anyone who wasn't busy bullying and demeaning everyone would know where to find the information, much like you did. Pippy, on the other hand, is a bully and a coward as he/she/it displays on a daily basis.
You really need to lighten up there Sassy. Life is way too short to be pissed off all the time.

Yet again, the totally clueless patriots refuse to admit that it was their hero's attempt to derail the ACA that caused this shutdown......

Of course some ignorant fool who claims that they never watch FAUX News used their term slimdown!

Less than 90 days for Ted and the Seuss Gang to have another chance to drive the economy off the cliff. Despite record low polling numbers, and the fact that the Chamber of Commerce has planned to support more moderate republicans, the fanatical drones will continue to cheer them on.

This proves the adage that a light bulb burns brightest right before it blows out!

Moron...once a surgery is deemed 'medically necessary', it's no longer considered elective.
Oh...and since you are oh-so-well versed on what is an is not covered under ACA, how about you tell the class who gets to decide whether something is medically necessary or not?
LOL...I'll give you a hint: it's the same people that couldn't even sucessfully roll out the ACA website. You think dealing with a regular insurance carrier was a pain in the azz? Wait until you have to argue with the government to get something covered.
Oh...in pippy's case, that craniorectal inversion reversal would definitely not be covered as it would be considered 'cosmetic'.

Oh you're so smart lil stinker. How about hip and knee replacement? Isn't that elective but medically necessary?

Tell me why taxpayers should pay for a procedure, any procedure, if its elective, like fixing your neanderthal like head a@@hole?

and NO you're wrong again about death panel and bureaucrats deciding if a procedure in medically necessary. That one is 700th on the long list of Obamascare myths and lies and its been proven false at least 10,000 times.

You need someone to slap the silliness out of your little man's body.
