On the bright side,.....all of this talk about gun control has been a big boost to business at gun shops and sporting goods stores.

They are making such a big deal about assult rifles like the AR-15, but those type of guns only account for about 2% of gun related crimes.
A .22 semi automatic is pretty much just as dangerous, but there is no plan to make them illegal.
Another thing is, is that people that use guns in the act of a crime, probably did not go through proper proceedures to obtain that weopon legally.
Adding more gun laws is not going to solve the problem.

That's because liberals believe that a utopian society is actually achievable. Hitlers NAZI party of 1933 ran on the same ideas and look how it turned out.

The NRA's plan is working well. I have three guns. Haven't purchased one in 8 years. I don't buy into fear and propaganda and don't fear the government coming for my .30-06 or my other two guns. It will never happen. If you think they will then you are semi-retarded at best and a booger eatin, drooling, high foreheaded product of inbreeding at worst.

The spike in gun sales will no doubt begin the thinning of the gene pool as most of these gun owning ameteurs and tiny endowed men and cracker jack women start shooting their spouses for turning the channel from Honey Boo Boo, American Idol or some other low intelligence form of entertainment. Of course some will choose to remove themselves from the gene pool when they find out guns won't make up for all their short comings and earn them respect, intelligence or cure their little-man syndrom. I'm fine with that as well.

What a fine example of a human being you are. Apparently your catholic upbringing neglected to teach human decency? Of course, as we know, that starts at home.

Calling the ban on certain weapons "an attack on the constitution" is insulting to me. When people bastardize the constitution for their own agenda it's very insulting to those who truely understand it.

WOW, you took a simple comment about a rise in gun sales, to call gun owners semi-retarded, booger eatin lovers of Honey Boo Boo with small penis's, and then claim that you own three guns yourself!
Amazing!

Move to England if you want a gun free zone..... Your lack of knowledge is an insult to we who pay property taxes for your public education which you wasted.... Which is the more powerful weapon? AR15 or Ruger M77 chambered for a 30-06.....

Really? Seriously? You might want to go back and read from the begining. It starts out with Really saying "don't confuse them with facts", then goes to Rob calling me a simpleton with others in between you saying "They intellectually are inferior". Do you know what projection means from a medical diagnoses stand point? It means what the right does all the time. Cause and create the problems and then blame everyone else for not cleaning it up.

And the left does the same thing. From the beginning of time. As for the name calling, you have done your share. Get over it. And there are people on these boards that get confused with facts. You, however, are not one of them. You do, however, insist that only the conservatives are the ones at fault for everything, which if you are being realistic, you know is not the case now nor has it ever been.

Yes I have. That has nothing to do with who began it on this thread as Batch posted.
Never said conservatives are a fault for "everything". A whole lot of what you are gripping about with Obama and the democrats since Obama took office? Yup.

Must be too early in the morning as I took your last comment to read that you think Obama and the Dems are at fault for a lot these days? I must has misconstrued what you said.

You have said the conservatives are at fault for most of the ills in this country, numerous times.

They are and the facts bare that out.

I very much blame Obama and his administration for, say, not seeing to it that so many financial sector CEOs are locked up in public 8x8 penthouses. At least with the Savings and Loans back in the 80s Reagan prosecuted and ended up sending to jail something like 1,072 of them. Though I should be clear and say it wasn't actually Reagan who did it. But it was done during his administration.

I don't know who this Jason is I'm repeatedly being accused of being and I really don't care as it's just one more proof you have no idea what you're talking about.

And I called you nothing before you decided you're most intelligent response was to insult me.

As I said you know nothing other than your vitriol comments to make you seem worthy of any thing. You're not.
