I am the sister of the deceased Sasha Yuksel. Nobody deserves to die to inflate the ego of another. I have lost my brother at such a young age, in a traggic act, with no reasonable justification, other than to comply with the cowboy image the US police force betray so well.

I knew Sasha Yuksel for many years and know him to be a kind, loving person for whom I cared dearly. That his murder is sanctified by the Attorney General- despite many witness accounts- is a travesty. Are the police to be given license to kill anyone and everyone and justify it by saying they were afraid (of flailing arms, or by the look or by whatever they choose to cite)?
Shame on the Attorney General and on the "peace officer" who murdered this lovely young man.
Shame on the Attorney General who has now opened the door for the police to murder at will.

I fault AG Ayotte for creating the environment in which Manchester police officer Michael Briggs was shot and killed. When a state trooper is given a pass for killing an unarmed man during a traffic stop, it says to any person stopped by a cop that it's kill or be killed.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
