Apparently some loser moved out of 34 South Street in Troy, NH and left his/her dog alone. Someone is feeding it but I need the name of the @ss that moved out and left it there, for criminal charges. I'll take the dog, but I am going to press charges.

Some people should suffer from their own cruel hands. How can someone leave a helpless animal chained up and alone? Piece of human filth! Any info is aprpeciated!!
