Nestle foods needs a union, the pay is poor and the management sucks, ok youve been working there how long and you dont know who the plant manager is? stop and think about it vote the Union in and get job security, pay raises, real bonuses and better organized management, i feel so sorry for the poor dumb people that think that living from one pay check to another is the way its suppose to be,its not. stop spitting in the food when monroe makes you mad or blowing your nose in it when brad pisses you off .thats not the way Vote the Union in and make a change we need it.....T.C.

The union has no power in Arkansas, because it is a right to work state. Ask the people at earle industries what happens when you vote a union in in a right to work state

Yeah, the pay is real poor if you call starting out at $14 an hour poor, you must be crazy. Nestle is one of the best places anywhere around to work at.

Union? hahaha what DREAM WORLD are you living in? Unions are nothing but trouble and never save any jobs, they lose jobs. Nestle is a great place to work and the last thing they need is a union. You must be one of the lazy people who doesn't like to work and doesn't have what it takes to do your job. There are plenty of jobs out there - get off your whiny complaining butt and go get one you like or shut the funk up with all your whiny baby complaints.

To get hired there, first you have to go to workforce and take the keytrain test. It is an ACT/SAT type test that takes about 3 hours and you have to pass and make a good score, if you do that and pass the tests workforce will then tell you how to apply for Nestle. Then if you are called and pass the interview and drug test, you will have to take a physical test that tests your arm and leg movement and strength. If you pass all of those, then they will call you for an orientation. Nestle is picky about who they will hire as you can see by the process you have to go through, but if you make it through all the hurdles it is really worth it. Nestle even has a 100% company paid pension plan in addition to a regular 401k. It's a wonderful place to work if you have what it takes to get hired there, they don't take just anybody off the street like some places. Don't listen to some whiner who is too lazy to do is job blabbing on Topix.

Picky? Whatever! The arm and leg test r not 4 the prepweighers. Yeah they pay good, but is it worth it? The bosses screaming and yelling at u 2 go faster and faster. Little old ladies breaking their backs doing the best they can. Which is faster than most i might add. Monroe is a prejudiced jerk! But no one should be spitting in anywhere. You r doing more harm than good to the company by telling that to the public instead of ur boss.
