Want to see who the convicted drug felons are supporting for Mayor in Marionville. Drive West up South Street and look for a campaign sign for a mayoral candidate on a fence. A ex-convict just paroled from prison for illegal drugs lives there. But why would they support a certain person for mayor? What are their interests? How do they feel about law enforcement in the community? What have they been told will happen to the town's police protection if their candidate wins? Wonder where all the town's registered sex offenders stand on the coming city election?

Missouri law says that Felons still on supervised probation can't vote. Someone should tell the poll workers to be checking.

people are past caring about anything what happens in Marionville. Especially about the same old losers who show up to run for city office every election. No one cares. Did anyone even file to run for anything there? Everyone worth knowing ran away from there.

At least that house is lived in. I have seen other signs for the same candidate and for a candidate for Ward 3 Alderman in either empty houses or vacant lots. Maybe "for-our-future" means he is trying to fill those empty houses with other sex offenders and dealers. I also heard him described as "a people person". Anyone ever seen him out in public? The other guy may not be "life long" as he claims to be, but he is out in the community and available.

There is no actual house, and no actual sign,as a drive down South will show. Both candidates signs appear randomly throughout the city. And no particular candidate is either supported or opposed, or being referred to.As the lack of specifics notes. This item is a intended to stimulate thought, a metaphor to cause voters to take pause and consider the priorities of both candidates as to how they they regard the importance of Law enforcement in Marionville. And I see that the proper thought has begun by the responses. My job is done.Ask both candidates questions before you vote. Make informed choices. I always make sure that I know where the candidate that I vote for stands on the important issues like law enforcement, and you should to.

For-our future, I apologize if you actually got out and drove around looking for that sign. And thought you found the one I spoke of. I assumed the lack of absolutely any factual detail in my post would let people know that I was speaking hypothetically in "what-ifs" to draw peoples' attention to the coming election. You could just as well insert ________ Street in Metropolis where a convicted ________ lives. But thank You for taking the time to read it.
