Is it just me or has everyone that went there when this new kid started working when you want to sell either a game or dvd or whatever he always says "we reached out quota for the day" I mean cmon. I went there at different hours even in the evening time I have never ONCE dealt with this until that boy started working. It is a bad ethic of business to tell customers you can't do what your job entitles. I hardly ever see new shit in there when I go in the next day so how in the HELL could they be above of their limit? I am sure you cant reach 500$ within the hours you operate because trust me you only pay like 15 or less per game and 1 $ per dvd or 5 per box set. Then you still dont have any new shit. Now cmon boy straighten your shit.

I hate to say it, but I would rather drive the extra miles and go to GameStop. However, I wont harp on the people that work there, if they are told not to do buy outs, then they are just doing their job. Call the manager and talk to them. Most of the people working there are simply working to make a buck. They have a boss they answer to, go to him/her. Most of what your complaints are have to do with store management. Unless of course you are just looking for a way to bash someone in particular.

G2K games in Marion is a sad example of the offerings and quality of G2K Games in Abingdon... the differences are almost like comparing the clothing aisle of a Family Dollar or Dollar General store to a TJ Maxx's... or if that doesn't set in its like comparing the food offerings of a gas station to a grocery store. I don't know why they bothered moving the venue in for no more than what its worth. And the people there are hardly trained to handle any transaction at best. I'll still be a patron of G2K Games, but rather the Abingdon one as opposed to the sad offering of Marion.

It sux to have the feeling of being ripped off at the one in marion to the one of feeling done right at the one in abingdon. The surroundings in marion smells too much like shit for some reason.

I does smell bad in there. Found out the toilets in both that store and Little Ceasers got backed up in the pipes for weeks. Hahaha! Besides that, yeah, the new people suck. The tall skinny manager is nice I guess but I've been to several other G2K Games. Even the one in Norton is nicer and has nicer employees. If you bring Marion up in conversation to any other G2K it's almost like they are aware that location sucks. I wonder if their main offices know how crappy it is?

That shitty looking skank that works in G2K can't even talk to a customer when they come into the store. I'd like to know where their head manager can be reached because that dude needs to be fired on the spot! He has no idea what good customer service is, he acts like he's going to have a breakdown if he has to greet someone or help them and there's NEVER any new merchandise in that store.

I have had dealings with this store and Gamestop and.I too would rather drive to Gamestop. I bought a used game at g2k and paid fifty and was at Walmart and the same game was thirty nine for a new copy

you shoulda went to Walmart first, that's your own fault. No reason to blame the store for that one, they didn't make you purchase it. As far as service though, g2k sucks.
