There are a lot of homeless people around the world. They say nearly 100 million people are homeless in the world. They also say 80% of the world population lives on less than $10 a day.

I think it is nature killing off the excess population. I think the world is very overpopulated and there is a shortage of resources. There should only be 10 Million humans on the planet. There should not be any cars, computers, clothes, trains, airplanes, electricity and many manmade things. These things constantly break down and need constant repair. These things are disasters waiting to happen.

The real reason there are poor people in the world is because the world is very overpopulated. We must reduce the population by having fewer children. That way in 1,000 years there will be enough for all.

Please note that I was also homeless for two days and found that life is not worth living and that we are all going to die. I also found that people are nasty and very busy with their little lives. Very few people were willing to help including the police officers. I was hoping someone would shoot me and end the misery. I have a college education but am not able to find a job so that I can start my family life. I am now 40 years old, single and no kids. In one way, I am thankful that I don't have any children and they did not suffer with me. I am also thankful that I saw the nasty side of people and am a better person as a result. I am more forgiving and laid back than before. I only worry that I will end up on the streets again cause I don't have a job or any money. Understanding this, I tried to kill myself by overdosing on tylenol pills but I only got sick and ended up in the hospital for a month. The bill for the hospital came to $80,000 which I could not pay cause I only have $1,000. So, I applied for Medical and they the people paid the $80,000 in medical bills.

One thing that really bothers me is the pressure that I have to succeed. My brother, sister, cousin brothers, cousin sisters all have good jobs and enough money. Some of them are married and have children. I even ask them, at times, what they would do if they lost their job like me and ended up with no money. Some of them get angry, thinking that I want bad things to happen to them. Some of them laugh it off. Some of them start to worry like me. My mother is very understanding but my father starts to scream and that only makes things worse. In any event, I really do feel for the homeless people of the world and want to help. In my openion, the best way to help is to reduce the world population and then there wont be any homeless people or poor people.

I hope that I die soon and meet the maker. In Buddhism and Hinduism it says that "Life is Suffering" and it is so true. I don't think a single person is truly happy or content. We all worry about the electricity going out, the computer breaking, the car enginge breaking, the washer not working, the stove not working and stuff like that. The more you have the more stuff you have to worry about. For instance, if you own a lot of stocks you worry about the stock market going down but for me that would be a good thing. If you live in India, you constantly worry about India's GDP being number 1 in the world. If you live in America then you constantly worry about the value of the dollar and the american interests in the Middle East. I am sure that the people of the Middle East and the Muslims around the world will work to harm the American and West European people for bombing Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Lybia, Iran and other nations.

The homeless man that you are speaking of is David Ward. Yes you are correct he is in Abingdon Regional Jail. I am not going to put his business out to the public but it is a matter of public record if you look in the right place. He is a very disturbed man. He needs professional help from medical doctors and psychiatric doctors as well. He was not homeless because he had no where to go. All of his family offered him a place to live. He lived the way he did because that is the way that he chose to live. He will not accept help from family, strangers or law enforcement. He can become very violent at times if you offer him food, clothing or shelter. His family loves and cares for him very much. It is sad to say but him being in jail may have been the best thing to happen to him. At least there we know he has food and shelter and they can get him the help that he needs cause god knows that we have all tried everything that we possibley can. we have even had him picked up by the cops and taken to the hospital for a mental and physical evaluation and he passes them everytime. He knows exactly what to say to the doctors. Even though he is skinny as a rail and his clothes are dirty and his shoes have fell apart and he looks like pure hell and is not eating or eating out of the dumpsters they still say that he is not malnurished and is still fully mentally competent. How I dont know, but now you know who he is and where he is at for quit some time.

Isn't America great. You can choose to be homeless if you want too. You can eat what you like but if you don't do what other people think you should do they want to lock you up because you don't do normal things. Everyone thinks like a democrat. Do what the govt. tells you or we want to stop it or lock you up. More power to this guy. He is doing what he wants and that is what America is all about. ( Long live individual freedom).

he is not in there because of him being homeless or because of his state of mind. he is there because of malicous wounding. the family dont know why or how he malicously wounded someone untill his court date.

as far as him needing help, he did not used to be this way. he moved away for a long time and came back right before this past winter and was saying some really weird things. maybe it is a form of religon that none of us understand but i dont know. i have tried to understand it. sometimes he makes sense in the things that he says and sometimes it is just out there.

he does say that alot of us are demons and we walk around in human form stealing peoples souls. one day we are his family next day we are demons and then another day we are not his family. he said at one point in time that his buddy in arizona told him that he was a test tube baby and he said he was looking for his real mother and then he was kidnapped from the hospital and was looking for his real mother and that his brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews and so fourth was not his family. im not real sure whats going on with him. i do know that he went through alot when he lived down in arizona and was friends with alot of indians and hung out at alot of the reservations down there. were not sure what his state of mind is from day to day. one day he is so nice just like the david that we used to know. then another day we dont know him.

yes i do hope that they can help him there. they had him down in medical the last that we knew and they can get him help but that is up to him if he wants to accept it or not. i do not condone him for his way of life and neither should anyone else for that matter. nobody has walked a day in his shoes other than him and untill u do then you shouldnt judge. thank you to all that have compassion it is very much appreciated, and to those who have offered him things and he wouldnt take them. Especially to those of you whom have offered and he has accepted. It is people like you that allow us to sleep a little better knowing that someone out there other than us care. thank you again from the bottom of my heart. the lord knows that his family has tried and he wont accept anything from us either.
