Look Baxter ain't going anywhere folks. The place is bult on top of an endless lake of free flowing water that goes into their product, if they had to pay for that water it would never work....that being said, it's a good place to work in comparison to other mfg companies in the county and surrounding. The pay is above average, the insurance comes at the best rates I've seen in a mfg facility, the work is really not that hard just repetitive. I would venture to say most of the complainers here are those who couldn't cut it or did something stupid to get fired. They have a lot of temps right now but have been turning them over after about 6 months, which is smart on their part because it gives a good time to evaluate the true nature of who they are gonna hire. Glad to wokr there and make difference by providing life saving products used every day.

There is drama at pretty much every job. Especially in this town where people would rather keep their nose in every ones business but their own.

Been at baxter 28 yrs and am proud to still be there. Yes it is hard work but most jobs are either mentally or physically.....i have never been mistreated by any of management or my supervisiors , always been treated respectfuly. Best place i've ever worked at and hope to retire from there is what you make it out to be, like i said i am proud to work there and proud to know i do the best i prossibly can to make sure i do my job right the first time so you or your families get the best quality Iv bags possible...without us BAXTER workers what would you, me and our families do when sickness strikes people may fuss and cuss about it but you better thank GOD you have a job .You may look back one day and think man remember when i use tomake good money and had all those vac days insurance ect........may be gone someday...just make the best of everyday do your job and go home simple as that

I have worked at Baxter for almost 6 yrs. I am paid very well. I come to work for that alone. I have some great people I work with. It is a hard place to work. It's not the work itself it's the way I'm treated. There is bad favoritism on my line. No matter how hard I work it means nothing to my supervisor. I try not to let it bother me, but it doors effect the job a lot. Several others go through the same as myself. If it seems sensible at Baxter most likely it won't be done that way. I can't figure out why Baxter management do things backwards. A lot of the new management is young. They don't know how to deal with people. It causes problems because when there is a problem it doesn't get resolved. So you stay in a environment of unsolved problems. Baxter is a great place to make money, but the environment needs a overhaul.

I worked for a while at Baxter's...too many young girls posed as trainers...Ms. Young was one of them...most of us couldn't stand her...yes, there are plenty of nice people there but unfortunately I didn't see many of them...just the few who wanted to kiss ***....but that is like so many places in this town...a**-kissers is the name of the game...and too many 'Christian' liars here too...!
