However, parole is not an option for her. She'll do her time and then come home. End of story. "Parole" is only an option for those who did their crime before October 1994, I think.

Wrong u can get parole after serving 60 percent of it sentence.. it's amazing how rapists and child molesters can walk the streets of of that town and that's fine or how all the drug dealers that sell 2 children and pretty much kill ppl with the drugs they push but when someone with a family names such as hers messes up its time 2 bring out the pitch forks and torches cause they're the devil like I've said in the past 2 post none of us know happened what she told her mom how she felt or what she was thinking all we know was what we where told how do any of u know she wasn't truly scared of Jeremy how do we know that she didn't think that Jeremy only wanted 2 talk 2 her how do we know what she said isn't true how do we know that what Jeremy said isn't true we don't so why judge they have both been judged in this life and the next she is the one Latin for what she did an that must live with it why not leave her be on here and in real life let her live with what she did u don't think it lays heavy on her heart that she was involved in it.....

Please don't "think".......(h) POST-RELEASE SUPERVISION
(1) The Parole Commission sets the conditions of post-release supervision, which are provided to North Carolina Community Corrections (DCC).
1, 2011.

Eligibility for post-release supervision applies to class B1 through E structured sentence felons with offense dates from October 1, 1994 through November 30, 2011 and all felony structured sentences with offense dates on or after December 1, 2011.

So, what are you saying? You are just copying and pasting some goulash. Of course she will be placed on some type of supervision when she is RELEASED from prison but she will NOT be PAROLED from prison. Come on Sam, get your head in the game.

Do you sit on the parole board? I didn't think so. You don't know if she will be paroled or not. All I am saying is there is a possibility that she can be paroled. The statement made earlier by someone else said parole wasn't even a option. And please..... Get your head in the game. People complete full sentences everyday and walk out the gate with NO supervision.

In the state of NC she will pull her sentence and upon release be given 9 months intense probation. This is called Post Release. She isn't being released for several more years. She has made it to honor grade but that is all.

Mike tate and his crack head girlfriend have abused 5 kids and the state has them placed in foster care he threw a 2yr old against the wall and broke its arm he's got a job there so does she. He drives a white explorer I saw a little blonde haired girl in it with him @6 yrs old.......mayb hell get pulled for drunk driving and actually get jail time for that. He has access to too many little kids. Kenny greene loves his kind. The only down side of him not having a job is sum dum white crack ho would go to work and leave her kids with him he's such an ugly beast

Eva did do wrong but if she is released and she will be. The state is saying she has served her time and has been rehabilitated. And can function among society. Most of you don't know all or even some of the facts. Or how she's spent years in prison talking to therapist etc. Or how hard she's been on herself for what she done. I know eva and I went to prison and got to spend more time with her. And for anybody whose never been to prison in nc. Most of the guards act like they are above the law and do what they want. You can be a model inmate and a unauthorized peice of mail contraband. The guards are very racist as well. So for her to be locked up for as long as she has and petty infractions shows she's doing good. She will have paid her dues to society now let her and the family have some peace.

This "poor girl" caused the murder of her own mother. She should suffer the consequences of her actions. God gave us free will to make decisions and she chose to commit this horrific act against her mother. She should not ever get out of prison or should have suffered the same fate-the pain, suffering, and death-as she helped to inflict upon her mother, her own flesh and blood. I am not saying one cannot change their hearts, I am saying when you choose to commit such a horrible act, you should be prepared to suffer the punishment and stigma that comes with it.
She has and is serving her punishment.and when she is released she should be able to move on with her life. If the state sets her free and they will she has proven to be rehabilitated. Able to function in society. And she has family who has forgave her and are there for him. Give it a rest and let them be. And honestly her mother would probably still want her daughter to live.
