Check with Max or Eugene at Marion Tire. They have several properties. Not sure if any available though.

the last time this one was up for rent they were asking $750 a month. Its possible they've lowered it since people don't seem to stay there long but more than likely not.
However, Catawba properties and brooks & broadwell have rentals available ranging anywhere from $450-$800. You could check out their websites or stop by their offices.

The rent on those 2 homes is very expensive. I know someone who lived there once and they said the owner never returned their deposit after they moved.

That's quite a judgmental statement for someone who probably lives in an assisted living apartment and has little to no income hmm? Perhaps you don't get out much. There are nice houses there as well as some areas in East Marion that are in need repairs or need to be cleaned up, maybe you could go volunteer and help out with that as my tax dollars are more than likely keeping you afloat.

That's a judgemental statement if ice ever heard one, sounds more likely this person you are referring to, is more high class then you and don't wanna be assciociated or let their kids grow up in the bad neighbor and what goes on in stump town, you are probably ones who lives in the slums if town..... I've looked for houses before for rent before I bought my house and the ones in that neighbor hood is just as high as nice places , so you think in the listing it would be nice but when I would call about a place and they told me it was stump town or any those places I didn't even go look, and the ones in east I thought I give a try I kept going . That person comment is correct anyone knows that is not a good area and the person asking clearly said they didn't want a trashy place so they need stay away from that part of town its a fact

That is ridiculous, I have noticed it and the one beside it never keep tenants long. It is empty more often than not, I have been in that house it is only 2 bedrooms and very small. The owner needs to realize this is Marion not Charlotte, 750 for a 2 bedroom house with no central heat and air is ludicrous.
