Medical marijuana proposal passes

Michigan voters on Tuesday passed a medical marijuana ballot measure - making the state the 13th to allow severely ill patients to use the illegal drug.

Having watched my mother go through Chemo back in the early 70's and see how sick she got I bought her a couple ounces (10 bucks an ounce back then) and it worked wonders. She said that marijuana should be legalized back then and she was 73 years old at the time. Today, a guy can drink a case of beer and follow it with a fifth of Jim Beam and fall down in the street and all they do is lock him up for 8 hours. HOWEVER, get caught with a "doobie" and your life is ruined.

for real buy people think it's dangerous but it's not it's not even addictive if you look in a pregnancy book the side effects it hs on a fetus is less than ciggertts i didn't smoke weed during my pregnancues but i did look it up.

I do not believe there would be many terminal patients who would try to procreate. I don't believe there will be many physically disabled and injured people trying to procreate.
I look forward to the alternative being around for people who benefit from it medicinally. I think that in the short and the long terms, that the benefits will far outweigh any negative consequences.

well blind people procreate lol the mary jane is forglacoma paitents as well and there is no age limit on when youcan get that i have diabetes retina neuroapathy in my left eye and they say it canhelp that and i am able to have children still so it should be looked at as well the effects it can have on a fetus.

WARNING:... I do NOT play a doctor on TV... lol. However, there is no need to treat glaucoma if you are blind... to keep you from going blind. Therefore no need for medical marijuana to prevent blindness... because the blind are already blind.

That would be like force feeding massive amounts of poison to a corpse in an attempt to kill it... lol.

not all legally blind people are completely sightless my friend is legeally blind and her eyes are getting worst so yes it can help slow it down she is 32 she can have kids sill she has a 2 year old.

Okay. Let's throw the law out for a 1 in 47 Billion chance that both people in the relationship are blind and think that taking care of an infant sounds like a good idea. So what?
