Aw! poor, poor developer. This doesn't happen often enough where wildlife and it's habitat is not bulldosed over, cut down or blown up by development. I just hope someone doesn't get paid to look the other way.

The builder for this project took advantage of a local family called the Catons by local residents.Mrs Caton was told by the developers she did not need an attorney ! The Caton family proceeded to sell part of the old farm with the promise that the sons of Mrs. Caton would get a couple of lots of land.
The land was sold and resold through a process only an attorney would understand . the bottom line is the Attorney General needs to protect people who believe they don't need an attorney ! We believe this family was taken advantage and should get free legal advice sooner rather than later ! |
