If houses and properties can be bought for back taxes, can the state be bought for past due bills?

It never stops! And the schools are wanting to raise it another 18%, I'm sure they'll get it because it's "for the children" as they love to say.

Had to raise taxes to pay for all the infrastructure improvements to keep drawing in food joints. My favorite is the fancy intersection and Rd to nowhere on the east side of the hill. Really makes the trailer park and shitty houses shine. How much did it cost to build a new Rd to permanently block off with barricades?
