Who has been in the halfway house in Marion? They are such P.O.S in that place. That is not designed to release people back into society.

If it's not designed to release people back into society, then why is it called a halfway house?? You must know someone living there that you have a grudge against. Once a person has served their time they have a right to go there, get treatment, obtain employment and better themselves so that they can live on their own in society. Get a life and worry about yourself, there are POS everywhere on the street, the Marion halfway house has nothing to do with it.

Ok, well i know first thing that it is not a place to go to do all them things you are talking about. the reason i know that is because i used to work there and the RAs are a bunch of bad minded people. I had to walk out and quit because of the foul stuff they was doing to them clients. They would harass them while they was at work until they got fired because of them calling so much. then on top of that they would do room searches and say that they found some drugs when they didnt. Then that whole entire room would be on restriction and couldnt leave or go to work. therefore they lost their jobs. And when they do get a job the Federal clients would have to give them 25% of their gross wages. And they would never tell you where it was going. The state clients wouldnt have to do that. they would have to give up their food stamp card and thats all. That is free money. You dont even know how many people have went back to prison because of their f#@k ups. So dont act like you know about that place and how good it is when you have no idea.

I did not say it was a good place, I said that the people that have been released from prison to the place deserve a 2nd chance. If you could read, you would know exactly what I said. And, by the looks of your spelling, grammar and lack of punctuation, no wonder you no longer work there. I have also known people that work there that I wouldn't trust to look after my dog, but that doesn't make them all bad just because some love drama and are liars.

My spelling or grammar is not the reason why I don't work there anymore. If you could read then you would know that.

People do deserve a second chance at life. The reality is, you have to fight against the kind of self righteous religitard assholes that run the h group and lighthouse shelters. The morons who think punishing you makes them Superior. They made the rules. They stack the deck, and you have to play their game.

I worked there for 2 years. You take a few people and give them a little power and a title and they want to rule the world. Yes, I have seen men and women sent back to prison for no good reason. I saw men shackled and walked out by federal marshalls, men who were trying to do good but it wasn't good enough for some of the ra's. I never saw drugs planted, we did find some when doing room searches and car searches.

It's starts at the top, the CEO, he thinks he say and do whatever he wants with his employees, he can't lol. He couldn't run a shoe store, let alone the H Group.

POLO, if what you have said is true then you have just admitted to numerous feloies punishable by federal jurisdiction for allowing crimes to take place and not reporting, or trying to stop these crimes. Ignorance is not an excuse for mandated reporters such as you and all workers are required to do so by federal and state law. And from your Union City forum posts I think any grad jury, judge, or AGO would find your testimony non credible by your words you have posted. Also how do you live in KY, work in Marion Il, and know so much about jail and or police procuders in Union City TN? Eric your a joke, mr security guard!STFU

"They" is a pretty broad stroke to lump everyone into. A good many DO make good on their second chance. You just don't hear about them because regardless of the fact that they have paid for their mistake, they are treated differently if their past is known. The H Group isn't the only place that treats people unfairly. It happens everywhere...

That's why he has made it a succesful business and you're on here talking about him. People hate to see others do well. Jealously is an ugly thing. Worry about and concentrate on yourselves rather than sit behind a computer and bash people all day long.

I LIVE within a block and a half from then facility and I have not seen anything out of the ordinary going on there. I see the inmates walking around and doing what they have to do to get back in to society after paying their debts. As far as from the inside and what goes on. I have no concern as long as the people are doing their jobs without violating the inmates rights. But by me being someone that has had to pay a debt to society the officers will do whatever they want to and the state will back them up.

Calling them clients is hila. They certainly arent paying for the services there. That goes to the working stiffs who choose not to break the law in the first place. These scum bags need to find a new place to go. H Group is worthless.

The sex offenders are housed at the county jail but walk to and from the halfway house. They have them walk down side streets instead of Main St so people won't wonder what is going on.
