I want to express my feelings of frustration, disappointment and down-right defeat at hearing Alabama has secured yet another industry that will employ 200 to 300 people or that an existing industry is going to expand and create even more jobs.

I conur with you most whole heartedly.
I am in agreement that fellow Alabamians will soon have an opportunity to support their families with the newly acquired industry. This is wonderful news in and of it's self but really docent blow my hair back for Marion county.
I would say that I am sorry about my next comment, but I, in all good faith can not.
All I can add will seem harsh and somewhat negative to some and some will understand all to well.
Senator Roger Bedford, Represenative Mike Millican, and the Mayors Consourtioum have utterly and completely dropped the preverbal ball.
I am ashamed that politics has become a game to these people. How can we stay in office another term and profit as much as possible without doing anything for the people we are supposed to represent?
I am glad you wrote your comment because I have wanted to sound off about this for the longest. I know I can't be the only one who gets sick at my stomach every time I see a politician giving a paltry

pork check to someone and their picture gets put in the papers.
Do something for goodness sake just do your jobs my God most of you have been in office long enough that you must know how. If you don't get out I say let someone take your place that has a fire under their butt to help the people they work for. Yes, Mr. Bedford work for that's what I said you work for me and Kenneth and everyone else that had enough faith at one time or another to vote you in office.
On the 28th this month we vote in local elections I pray that all incumbents are voted out and replaced with new blood and when the state and federal elections come around we do the same.
Thank you,
S. Ipswitch
