yEA, yEA yEA...it was probably more like $5000 worth of coke but they have to calculate 4,000 dime bags street value to make the bust appear to be worth the taxpayer money. What a waste of taxpayer funds!

Sheriff Donellon is the most USELESS Sheriff the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department has EVER had!

I live in Cottrellville Township -- the ONE local township where the stupid supervisor named Tom Raymond has FAILED to sign a civil law enforcement contract with ANY local authority.

I used the Freedom of Information Act to learn that during the 4 year 10 month era of Tom Raymond as supervisor, he has only taken 2 (yes, TWO) cases to court for ANY reason -- even though there have been literally (not practically, but LITERALLY) HUNDREDS of Official Ordinance Violations written up, followed by Official 10-Day Warnings that were completely ignored by the people violating the law.

The reason why those people ignore the warnings is because of Tom Raymond's reputation for failing to enforce the law.

(Now you know one of the reasons why Tom Raymond was recalled as supervisor)

When I contacted an attorney to tell him about this, I was told there is no doubt Tom Raymond is guilty of "Nonfeasance," which means "Legal Neglect."

I was told that Sheriff Tim Donnellon needs to acknowledge this obvious Legal Neglect, and then use the Mandamus Act to enforce the civil law in Cottrellville Township -- even though no form of financial contract has been signed between Cottrellville Township and the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department.

I was told that St. Clair County Sheriff's Department has this legal duty because they supervise the citizens of St. Clair County and cannot allow people to go without civil law enforcement when elected officials in Cottrellville Township do not do their job. I was specifically told that this is what the concept of the Mandamus Act is all about (which I have now had confirmed multiple times by different attorneys).

I have attempted to contact Sheriff Donnellon four times over the last year. NONE of my calls were turned.

I was also LIED TO by Sgt. Corie Stringer nearly three months ago!

Sgt. Stringer was trying to get rid of me on the phone, so he said "We are currently investigating the matter."

When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he transferred me to Captain Ron Muxlow. When I asked Captain Muxlow about this, he said "I'm not aware of any such investigation currently taking place."

Captain Muxlow then said that he was ordering Lieutenant Matt Pollus to return my call in order to deal with the matter. Nearly three months have passed, and I still have NOT heard back from Lieutenant Matt Pollus!

After one month had passed, I called Captain Muxlow back. Captain Muxlow was in a meeting, but he seemed upset that Lietenant Matt Pollus was such a disgrace and such a poor representative of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. Captain Muxlow gave me the direct phone number of Lieutenant Matt Pollus.

Over the next three weeks, I left three messages on the answering machine of Lietenant Matt Pollus. None of my messages were ever returned. Since then it has been nearly three MONTHS, but my calls have still NOT been returned!!!

It is AMAZING how Sheriff Donnellon finds ways to attend parades during this election year.

And it is AMAZING how Sheriff Donnellon finds ways to host fundraising events for himself during this election year.

Yet Sheriff Donellon and the staff he supervises CHOOSE not to do their job by simply taking 5 minutes to return a phone call!!!

Please, vote NO for SherifF Tim Donnellon!

Ya know, when I was a young child and lived in Port Huron, us kids use to be a ble to play outside until dark, ride our bikes down Lakeshore, hangout at the Birchwood all day. Really, I dono't care how much they found! I don't care how often they find it. I am glad that they are for whatever reason, fame, money, appearences, I am glad that they are doing something. I moved to Fl. 6 years ago and became a Correctional Officer with the state. It amazes me some of the things that people do when they are high.So regardless, one small bag of weed, one huge cocain bust... it is that much less that all of you back home have to worry about your chilren getting their hands on. Show some appreciation for your law enforcement, they don't get paid nearly what they should.Nor, do they get the respect that they deserve. You all sit on here and trash talk the people that are doing their job, at least they aren't sitting at home on your dime, you would think different, id you knew how many were killed every year in the line of duty. You would think different if that was your father, mother, brother, or sister out on teh road, going into these homes where there is lord only knows what! It's a sad day really when people have nothing to do other then bitch and moan about a drug dealer getting busted!

Are you F-ing INSANE!

The law enforcement officials such as Sheriff Tim Donnellon get paid FAR MORE than they deserve!

They do NOTHING!

This is the reason why people here in St. Clair County complain about nothing EVER being done!

This is the reason why people here in St. Clair County work together to make sure Tim Donnellon is NOT elected again!

Has anyone noticed the drag racing and speeding that occurs virtually every day on Marine City Hwy at approximately the same times?

Monday through Friday there will be a red truck with a dual exhaust leaving a house on the south side of Marine City Hwy. This house is four houses down to the east of that Cheesehouse store. I saw the address is 5885.

At about 9:00 AM the red truck will turn east and go down Marine City Hwy.

The red truck will turn out of the driveway, and as soon as it turns out of the driveway it will PEEEEEL down the road by flooring the gas -- putting the pedal to the metal. The red truck then illegally fishtails down the road and speeds in an illegal way.

This is reckless driving -- putting the lives of other people on the road at risk!!!!!!

Plus the dual-exhaust engine is REVVING its engine on purpose to generate noise. This violates every Public Noise Nuisance ordinance I've ever heard of because that vehicle generates about 100 decibels worth of noise all the way down the road!

If there were a police officer waiting at Marsh Road at about 9:00 AM Monday through Friday, this would stop!

Also, the red truck returns to 5885 Marine City Hwy by about 9:20 AM.

The red truck then leaves again at about 9:30 AM by turning west. If there were a police officer waiting on Indian Trail road or behind the Cheesehouse store at around 9:30 AM, this would stop!

These times are very precise Monday through Friday. at those exact times and directions.

The person driving the red truck may have read this!

This week the person driving the red truck has started the engine at the same time of about 8:55 AM.

However, rather than leaving at 9:00 AM, the vehicle remains on for one hour doing NOTHING!

At about 9:57 AM, the red truck will leave the driveway of 5885 Marine City Hwy and turn east towards Marsh Trail road.

As soon as the red truck gets onto Marine City Hwy, the driver will deliberately put the gas pedal to the floor in order to generate noise intended to criminally harass others as a result of the dual-exhaust engine in the red truck.

Police need to add this time to their list of times to be in position on Marsh Trail and Indian Trail roads on weekdays.
