A breath of new life is what residents of Cottrellville Township need.

That prick Tom Raymond will not do his job of ordinance enforcement in St. Clair County.

Raymond is being paid off by the people he will not prosecute.

Jan,

It's true.

Tom Raymond is guilty of criminal neglect. He has not enforced a single ordinance during his entire tenure as Supervisor of Cottrellville Township.

Tom Raymond really does need to resign.

I encourage all residents of Cottrellville Township to step forward and voice your thoughts.

I've lived in Cottrellville Township a long time. I've known Tom Raymond a long time. He's changed and needs to step down as Supervisor. There are signs all over town saying:

When's Tommy?

It's because Tom Raymond has not enforced a single ordinance since he's been in office. People want to know when he's going to start doing his job. From what I understand it's meant to be a similar marketing theme as Where's Wally.

Take a look here:

http://www.topix.com/forum/city/marine-city-m...

I remember when Tom Raymond worked for Marine City. He let everyone get away with violating ordinances. It was so bad the Times Herald wrote about it as one of their main stories for the whole year! Marine City is such a better place since he's been gone. I mean, Marine City looks a lot nicer downtown. It wasn't like that when Raymond let people violate those ordinances.

Raymond knew he wouldn't be elected again by Marine City people so he moved to Cottrellville Township. We were stupid enough to elect Raymond. Now everyone here hates Raymond just the way the Marine City people did.
