Got to keep them far from schools, and that still is not the answer.

"We have no zoning to keep them out, I thought we should do something" said Dawn. Why didn't you "do something" and get Wrightsville zoning during the 17 or so years that you were on the Borough Council??? Or were you selfishly waiting until you were mayor so you would get the pat on the back. Unfortunately, you couldn't get elected by the people so you had to settle for faux-mayor status. Oh, and Dawn, thanks for letting every miscreant (some reading this may have to look up the meaning) know that we have no zoning. And, please let's not trust Mr. Tilley to write up a sex offender ordinance for us. He is not a smart enough lawyer to help us take this big step. He can't even see when Sunshine Laws are being violated when it is apparent to us lay-people in the community. Citizens---remember all se people during the 2010 elections. We can get the three ladies out all at once and maybe Walt Tilley will be 'let go' also. Help find some decent people to run our town who will care about what we, as citizens, want.

Highlights include the following:

* Released prisoners with the highest rearrest rates were robbers (70.2%), burglars (74.0%), larcenists (74.6%), motor vehicle thieves (78.8%), those in prison for possessing or selling stolen property (77.4%), and those in prison for possessing, using, or selling illegal weapons (70.2%).
* Within 3 years, 2.5% of released rapists were arrested for another rape, and 1.2% of those who had served time for homicide were arrested for homicide.
* The 272,111 offenders discharged in 1994 had accumulated 4.1 million arrest charges before their most recent imprisonment and another 744,000 charges within 3 years of release.

"residence restrictions appear to be rational and valid social policy, there are numerous problems with both their design and implementation. Making communities safer for children is a laudable goal, but these laws do not achieve that goal because they are fundamentally
flawed for several important reasons."

WRIGHTSVILLE is being looted and broken by this crazy council, they break sunshine laws and continue to drive us further against one another the activitys in this town are inner twined. Thats why today I call on borough officials and the public to heed our call for an INVESTIGATION. What are they affraid of? The first one should start between the issue of Mel and Fred, Who is right? The next should be how this council breaks sunshine laws, like we never heard any of this story in a public meeting all hush hush be hind closed doors, Also What about this NEW WARD system? so now we will pay another councilmen when the first six can figure it out! if your puzzel as was I just read your Borough Newsletter. Dawn you are not the Mayor Mel and Sharon put you there, you sure are working out to be one great puppet. Only one thing can solve all these Questions so for the third time I say, An INVESTIGATION please!

Here are some fundemental questions that should be ask and answers obtained. For the interest of both the Fire Department and the people of the borough there should be an investigation.

1. What does Mel McDonald know on the inside as a council woman that we may not?
2. Is Mel or the Fire co. involved in any criminal activity and who oversees or audits these people and the books?
3.Is it lawful to mix tax dollars and private funds together?
4.Has the Council and Fire Co. been responsible as far as oversight of these "OUR" tax dollars?
5.Why does the Borough want to control the Fire co. and do they have any right to do so.?
6. Does the Fire co. have anything to hide and can they keep Mel and others out but still take local & State funding?
7.Does the Fire co "Food truck vending Business" collect and pay taxes? why or why not?
8.Does this food truck vending business have employees?
9. If so, how do they get paid?
10. How is new equipment for the food truck vending business purchased? Is this Tax $ from a general fund or is this money from another source?

My strong suggestion would be that there be an independent investigation done to protect all parties by an outside of york county agency.

listen people, when a person goes to jail and does their time and gets out, they're supposed to get a clean slate.

if you don't believe that and aren't willing to live with it, then every single person who commits any crime should be executed.

you can't get out of jail, be restricted in everything you do and told where to live and where you can go and where you cant go, and then go get a job and be a good person.

so either deal with it, or start executing every single person in jail.

Just like INVESTIGATION REQUEST, I too just received my newsletter and was astounded to see the Voting-at-large announcement like it is some kind of circus announcement! I was at the last meeting and the issue was brought up with Sharon saying "we are going to do it". However, a few council members (the ones that are able to think on their own )and some citizens spoke up and wanted to have more info before they made decisions. How can something like this be changed without public input and, most important, a public vote??? Come on, ydr or anyone, pick up on these Sunshine Law violations. What is talked about during the executive meetings and why is there one every month and what does the public need to be told when the executive meetings are over?? This strengthens my case that Walt Tilley is a lousy lawyer and we have three ladies that need to go next election.

As tentions grow and patience runs thin another backroom deal may be in the works. A growing number are now calling for an investigation into Council woman Mel Mcdonalds accusations against our Wrightsville's number 1 fire service and as they due it looks as if nerves are on edge and so may be a deal ??? How do we know this? just drive by the Borough office and look at who is meeting on a monday night with no public meetings scheduled.

What is wrong with you people???? Returning to the days of the "Scarlett Letter" is unbelievable!!! First of all, making people register their sins online does not prevent crime and these people deserve a second chance just like everyone else. Where were our Christian values when Meagan's Law was instituted? Forgiveness is for everyone and God is our only judge! This witch hunt is so draconian and protects no one!

2nd chances for perverts like child molesters? WTF lady!!
They don't deserve 2nd chances because time after time (if you read the papers) these creeps commit these crimes again and again. Locking them up for life after the first offense would work great but there are too many bleeding heart, liberals out there to make that happen. Molesting kids should be a capital crime. No injection either, HANG THEM!
