I just think you need to realize how small you appear when you put other posters down like that. You appear to be intelligent. Why spoil what is good about you by being so small?

They know whose walking those hallways talking about GMC for life. Make them work! Bug the hell out of them! File complaints w/ the board. After all this is for the safety of our kids. If the board of edu. don't have the time, call the news on their azz. LETS GET CLAYTON COUNTY UP N HERE! thats what those concerned parents did. don't give up though. How about locking up the negligent parents? Legally there is only so much the school can do, AND regardless of the time and effort the school spent on this issue if the parents aren't enforcing things at home it would be useless anyway. Why should school admin be held responsible?

Was it a gang, is there a gang or a bunch of illeterate wannebe's with no values, no morals, no GOD! I think often we give way to much credit to wrong, just as often we give the devil to much credit. We need more prayer in schools and home! We need parents, teachers and others to invest in our youth, we hear the youth are our tommorrow, if this is true we are in big trouble! What do we do, how can we fix it? I pray each and everyday for some direction....

BABYLAND AINT NO GANG YALL JUST TALKIN SHIT THAT YALL DONT EVEN KNOW I agree that there is no gang in Babyland, but Babyland is not innocent, yes there are some families who go to work and try to live right. However, this is also other activity going on that is illegal, there is also a lack of respect of neighbors. We need to take the street back, illegal activity will be stopped before more innocence lives are lost.

let the ignorant be ignorant by themselves... to sit here on this post and argue about grammar and throw the blame on some one is immature and petty... the situation at hand is bigger than what all the ppl here fail to realize... ppl need to come together as one and respect the death of this young man whether you are from babyland or apart of GMC you all should have respect for those lost.... once again let the ignorant be ignorant by themselves!!!

You know, it's a shame that these kids are wasting their lives over some glorified fantasy life they think they are living. They think they are so cool being in a "gang" but they're just wasting their time and allowing their brain to rot. One of those boys, if they took the other path, might have cured cancer or AIDS. Sharpton (?) and Jackson are always preaching how African-Amer. are always falsely accused and being "held down", why aren't they trying to change the youth? To change the future, you have to focus on the youth. Shouldn't they be focusing on preventing African-Amer. kids from choosing the wrong path instead of waiting until something happens then getting involved? A 16 yr-old boy knows right from wrong, he chose his path and now he and society suffers.

Natural born felons wrote: <quoted text> School administration is not there to be full-time police. They are not paid to keep kids from committing violent crimes and adopting a violent lifestyle. These baby mommas need to discipline their children and know who they're with, and what they're doing. No other school in Cobb County is out there begging for the administration to step in for the obvious lack of parenting that is happening down there. LACK OF HOME TRAINING LACK OF MANNERS LACK OF PARENTING May b u need to get your head out of the clouds. Some parents are not gonna raise their kids right and send them on to school acting like animals. You can't make an ignorant grown person change their ways, but you can help a little kid; who's only doing what he sees. And who is with kids besides their parents, TEACHERS.......Every bright teacher knows that its more to the job than just teaching! These parents have been out of control. We have to take it to another step and concentrate on the kids. I thought you knew....

That itself will open up alot of eyes when you're slapped with a big fine for something your child did. But u can't come too work and think you're not gonna care about lil johnny who barely turns n his homework and his parents haven't made it to a conference. You're not gonna care. Just let the kid go. I'm sorry but thats not the kind of person I would want to hire at my school. Every bright teacher know that its more to their job then just teaching.
