Glad to hear from you but I would like to clarify a couple things. These scooters are assembled at the factory in CHINA not at Twisted. The only thing we put together is the front brakes, Front wheel assembly and the neck bolt for the handle bars. That would mean that the complaints about the wiring and zip ties are not the fault of Twisted but in fact a manufacturing issue. That is covered by the warranty. Also I checked your file, you recieved the standard warranty, we have not sold any extended warranties in almost 3 years. So you got what you paid for and nothing extra. In your owners manual it spells out exactly what your factory 6 month warranty covers and tires are not included in that. I spoke with the manufacturer about your situation with the box and they have changed that design and said they would gladly replace it for you. As for my FRIENDS as you stated, you asked me about my riding experience so I explained to you that my family was bikers and that some were even lawyers and judges. If you took that as a threat then maybe you should reexamine the recordings of our phone conversations where you and your mom threatened both my company and me personally. We don't respond well to threats, it is easier to call and explain what is going on than to call with threats. I have spoken to you and your mom and explained that I can't fix anything over the phone. It is up to you to actually bring it in for repairs. Also you forgot to mention in your statement that you crashed your scooter and as the warranty clearly states your warranty becomes void when your scooter is crashed. Sorry but that is the factory warranty and we cannot change that. We have tried several times to work with you to resolve your issues but you have not once even attempted to come in to see what we can do for you.

oh yea kuddzo has a comment area that puts your complaints right by his adds and peace motorsports who does have a warehouse on jimmy carter blvd. This is were I've let them knoww about twisted and their comment is he must be improperly assembleing. They can also guide you to much more proffesional peeople. And assist in how to get parts which really sucks to pay for but at least you can get identicle factory parts. I've already spent about $13000 in just replacement parts and screws. This is more than I paid for my pretty brand new dangerouse lemmon.

DONT BUY WARNING wrote:
Please Please Please, dont buy scooter from these guys! These guys are really worse and pathetic. The guy James is OK until he makes a sale. Then he transforms himself into your wallet sucker. That is fine as long as customer service and care good. But they treat you lika peace of shit! They are totally impersonal and I regret so much buying from these guys. I know lot of friends who feel the same.
If you buy a cheap chinese scooter from this guy beware. This guy sells cheap (no doubt) but they stop working (because of corborator choke or engine flooding or whatever - which happen after you have driven few hunderd miles). Then when you reach out to these guys, they give you peace of shit to eat. Period.
If you want to buy a scooter the following are the lessons: 1. Think twice before you buy a chinese scooter. 2. Even if you buy, dont go to these guys. These scooters tend to give you problems and these guys give you really shitty customer service. They make you feel like peace of shit. Their assembly of the scooter is very bad to start with and when you approach for advise or repair forget about it...
Hope this helps people !
Happy scooting..

After some hesitation due to the negative reviews my husband and I decided to purchase a scooter at the beginning of this week. The owner was very knowledgable and patient, taking the time to explain the things we needed to know. The second night my husband rode the scooter the headlight was out,(not covered in warranty)which in itself is not a big deal but it did leave me wondering what else might stop working. All in all I would say so far we are happy with our purchase and the entire process as a whole. But I will be posting again after the "break-in" period to let you know how things are holding up!

My boyfriend bought a scooter from that place about a month ago. The first day he bought one of the part on the scooter broke apart and one week later the muffler broke apart also. My boyfriend call the dealer and the dealer say it was my boyfriends fault and told him that he was probably driving on a bumpy road. Which he didn't. The dealer also told my boyfriend, if he wants a new muffler it will cost him 50 dollars for just the muffler. It didn't include the service charge. After he fix his muffler. An another week pass by the battery on the bike broke. So my boyfriend took it to the dealer and thinking it won't cost him anything. Turn out it was not cover my the warranty and cost my boyfriend another 150 dollars. If I was you, I wouldn't buy it from that place. The people their are rude and they sale crappy bikes.

well, i bought a 150cc scooter. i have had it for over a year. got over 6000 miles onit and it is still going strong. i figure that your negative exp. is due to poor maint. on your part. i wonder how your car holds up? check the bolts, they have more vibration than a car. but you don't check your car. do ya?
