Grady County State Court Judge J. William Bass Sr., who was accused of 11 counts of ethical misconduct, cut his hearing in Cobb Superior Court short by settling the case.

Happy he was given a slap on the hand, but I hate that the rest of Georgia has been given MORE reason to think we are all backward hicks down here in South Georgia. The lawyer even speaks of our small town people, not having a whole lot of knowledge as it relates to judicial process... Really?????
