The cooks get minimum wage. The servers only get about three dollars an hour, but they make tips. However, if you don't make enough in tips, your salary is increased to make sure it averages out to minimum wage. Bobby is a really good guy to work for as long as you do your job. Most of the employees are easy to get along with.

marie should be the boss out there by now.as long as she has been there.great waitress and friendly.i go out there at least 3 times every week.dont care to much for bobby though.

my friend worked out there and she only made $40 a week and it took that in gas to go to and from work so actually she wasn't making nothing.

To answer a previous question, Bobby Byram is the owner. He is who you need to talk to to get a job there. And to Danny, you obviously don't know Bobby too well. If you did you would love him! He is a really good guy.

Then your friend probably wasn't a very good server! You can make that in one night if you are friendly with your customers and know what the heck you are doing!

my friend was a very good server, huddle house is just to cheap to pay anybody, so if your working there I'm sure your not making enough to pay for gas. and to tell u the truth I've been there and their's not that many good servers there!

Bobby does not own that restraunt if he did he would also own the one in Blytheville.Huddle House is a chain owned franchise just like waffle house,and kfc, thank you.And by the way i have known Bobby a very long time,i just said i did not care for him,and i don't,i am sure there are a lot of people you don't care for like me huh.just speaking the truth.

Actually I do work there. And I bring home a lot more than 40 dollars a week. Huddle House has nothing to do with how much a server makes. A waitress' salary is based largely on tips and how much you make in tips depends on you not your employer! Oh and by the way, I am an excellent server and so are many of my coworkers.

First off, there is not a Huddle House in Blytheville and never has been. And second, I didn't mean Bobby owns the whole chain. But he does own that particular restaurant as a part of the franchise chain. I wasn't trying to start a fight here. It's really not a big deal anyway.

I'm not upset, and I didn't mean to come across as rude either. The restaraunt next to Walmart was a Skinny's and is now a Waffle Inn. I say we agree to disagree on this one. i work at the huddle house and the pay is good. bobby is a hell of a boss he is the best boss ive ever had.

you must be talking about bobbys son, he is a cook at huddle house, and u must not know him very well because he is a great kid!! not only is he a great cook at the age of 16(go watch him in action cooking eggs in a rush at huddle house) he just bought a 10 grand car and paid cash with his own money he earned his self by the age of 16. His parents make him earn every thing he gets unlike most wealthy people.

well well,we will see how long this good hard working boy at age 16 paying 10 grand for a car,and pnd in cash on top of that.if he had to pay rent,utilities,grocery bill,medical bills.clothes,and stuff like that i don't think he could buy a car.just wondering if his parents make him pay his part.why even put a price tag on the car in the first place like we care,i paid 14 grand for my pickup,are you impressed.
