I'll do it if you do it first. Or we can do it together, but you first.

Proving once again this county has some of the stupidest people ever.

Who would re-elect a guy who keeps his jails in such filthy conditions that attorneys visiting are exposed to killer staph infections?

Keep in mind that not just those sentenced, but those awaiting trial are forced to live in these conditions. Remember in this country we are innocent until proven guilty.

Who would re-elect a guy who does not treat HIV-positive inmates? Arpaio is not a human being, and when his time comes, I pray the good Lord to treat him with the same lack of compassion and human decency. Karma if you will.

So you think crimminals should live posh, pampered live's? Hell NO! Only a crimminal thinks like that. Three hot's, n a cot should be manditory. And work on the chain gang if you want a little more slop on yer plate! If you commit a crime while you are incarcerated, the punishment should be VERY severe! And damn straight, there are a few POS in there that should be in your "incinerator"! You bunch of tolerant WUSSES>

I agree, except for that ridiculous photo-op chain gang bs, for convicted criminals. But not before they have been convicted.

Posh and pampered? No.

Able to LIVE to serve out their jail (NOT PRISON) sentence? Yes.

Chain gangs cost too much money to operate, Joe just runs one for show.

Not really, Chaingangs pay for themselves. Cleaning roadways of litter, MANY types of community services, even the fieldwork your illegal's are saying no one else will do.

As far as those jail's go, they are for short timer's . And should be put to work also. Damn the bigger, better convict theory. They should pay thier rent while in jail/prison, and come out VERY humble and helpful to society.

And I believe ALL, that's 100% of illegal alien's should do 100 hrs of community service before being deported.

Lies.

The prisoner-to-guard ratio is so low it's cheaper to keep them incarcerated and have some people do the roadside trash pickup as community service. Feel free to provide a study that says otherwise.

What about people that haven't been convicted of a crime--should they be denied medical attention and allowed to die?

Unsentenced (not found guilty yet) inmates aren't supposed to die from lack of medical care, or from being strapped into a restraining chair and then beaten to death.

Of course on the flip side we have Mayor Gordon. A guy who won't let his police dept. enforce the laws for fear of hurting the poor illegals little feelings. Who only will afford his citizens protection on the basis of what he deems financially feasible rather than what is needed to keep them safe. Because of this has allowed far more of his citizens to be killed at the hands of illegals than have died in the county jail. Even after a number of his police officers have been killed in recent years by illegals he does nothing but show contempt for their fine service to our community.

Joe or Gordon? Which would you rather protecting you? We made our choice.

Gordon doesn't run the department, Jack Harris does. Gordon is totally in big business' pocket though.

On the flip side, I got to see a good thing that happens when the mayor is pwned by big business--Memorial Hall in Steele Park got finished, and it is NICE.

Still don't really care much for Gordon though.

What you worried you may end up in jail?
I guess people in that county think fighting an illegal invasion is more important than making criminals more comfortable.
