Awful company - scam artists. They didn't even do my case and took my money. Now I'm out $1,600 bucks.

My experience was wonderful. The attorneys were able to answer all of my questions and the paralegals were attentive when I required attention. I was very nervous to go to my trustee meeting and they put me at ease!

I had an awful experience with these people. After I paid them, they have delayed my case for five months and won't reply to my phone calls or emails. I finally decided to go to another law firm. Well, at least I learned my lesson.

I don't think this place is even a law firm, but they still charge you attorney fees! Something is wrong with this picture. Why isn't the Arizona State Bar on to this??

The owner (Gukeisen) is in jail for committing murder near the Tempe branch.(For info, search "Gukeisen murder" in Google.) How these guys are still in business is beyond me. Apparently there is some loophole that they use to screw their customers out of their money. I work as a divorce lawyer in Phoenix, and it's surprising the number of negative comments I've received about this firm. Kim Richter is managing the practice now, and all I can say is... avoid at all costs!!!

Every tried using an LDP (legal Document Preparer)? They can do wonders if you dont need an attorney, and they only charge $200.
http://classiclegalhelp.com is a great way to go.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bankruptcy Helpers. Very professional yet friendly & very helpful...stood by me thru the Whole process. Always got one on one, personal service & they are available to their clients 7 days a week to answer any questions that may come up & I never had to deal with any type of automated service, that was nice! I've recommended them to friends & they too have been very satisfied with the services they received.

I didn't meet in Casa Grande but I met in their Tempe office. I was nervous when I met the attorney but was assuming that bankruptcy was my best option. The consultation was a half hour and I had many questions. I owed more money on my car than it was worth and I was facing a garnishment. My attorney talked to me about the options and helped me figure out a way to come up with the money to file since it needed to be soon. He got the garnishment to stop taking money out of my check and now I owe what my car is actually worth! I don't know how they did it but I am really happy with the results!

This review is for the Tempe office. The office is very nice, and when I first arrived, I felt as if they would take care of everything. At least I felt at peace with the entire process.

But things didn't go so well. They are understaffed right now... it is apparent. Tbhe woman who worked on my case behind the scenes made so many mistakes. I was constantly clarifying things, and we went through so many revisions. When all was said and done, MY CASE WAS THROWN OUT OF COURT!!! The paperwork was not done right, and come to find out, it was not my fault.

I wasn't even refunded my money. I'm still trying to fight this thing. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER recommend them to any of my family or friends.

The firms listed, Gukeisen Law, Bankruptcy Helpers, Jim Olsen LLC, Kirk Guinn, PLC, they are all a bunch of quacks! I filed BK 13 in Feb 2008, and they have not represented me at all. I am in the process of losing everything. I wouldn't recommend any of these firms to anyone!!!

I email my attorney all the time with questions and he's always very prompt with his responses. It's such a stressful event in my life but he always makes me feel better about my choice of bankruptcy.

I have paid this stupid law firm to start my bk case and they have yet to start anything. I paid them about 2 months ago. I gave them all my paperwork. They don't respond to phone calls and have now stopped responding to emails. What the heck is going on. I wish I would have gone with a different law firm and now I know they will screw me out of the money I gave. They are good at what they do...scamming people!!!!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Sagittarius

Slow down! You're trying to do too much and it's driving you - and everyone else - up the wall. What's more, if you're in too much of a hurry you'll start to become accident-prone and that will make you even more het up. Try to take any setbacks or domestic mishaps in your stride, otherwise you'll end the day feeling like a nervous wreck.
