Few weeks ago I purchased school clothes for my son at Wal-mart. Then a few days later I found the exact wrangler jeans at Vanity Fair for half the price so I purchased them thinking I would return the wrangler jeans I purchased from Wal-mart. When I "attempted" to return them the customer service representative told me I could not return them, nor receive a store credit, or anything without a receipt, even though I purchased them for a cheaper price at Vanity Fair. The rep. said, "Mr. Gilmore sent out a memo telling us not to accept any returns, period, without a receipt"! Really? How many folks save their receipts? I will make sure I save every last little receipt for Wal-mart now IF I decide to go back. My other family members were shocked to hear of this "new" rule. Several of us purchase birthday gifts, without giving the receipt to the birthday person.

This is Walmart's return policy:

I suggest that you print it out and take it with you to the store. If it isn't honored in Marianna, call the Corporate office.

quit your bitching,if walmart is that bad then leave and get a job elsewhere instead of bitching about someone who is willing to employ you when no one else will. I will continue to shop there because mom and pop stores are greedy and try chargeing way more than what something is worth. Go Walmart ! I would say if they would pay more maybe they could get some better employees instead of these bunch of bitching children.

Believe me, if you can't pay your bills you can't afford to file for bankruptcy. It ain't cheap. Plus its a stone HASSEL.Unless you owe about a half a million bucks, your'e better off just to give'em the middle finger and avoid the legal "system".
