my friend lives in the old top spin tavern on lincoln and we were playing with the ouiji board and
the bartender (that supposedly got shot)came through.

a house on the corner of prospect ave and second street in ilion ny. the house there is so haunted that one night about 40 years ago, the whole police dept was there to investigate what they thought were teenagers inside a home when residents were away. everyone saw what looked like activity behind the window shades and heard music. cops over the bullhorn shouted for them to come out. then noise came from a covered boat in back yard. spotlights on boat and what looked like about a 9 foot tall dude dressed in a vintage uniform from the 1700's or so rose up out of the boat and disppeared. no one from the cop shop likes to talk about that night, but i was there and observed the action!

It was crazy, but we all did see it. I am sure there are other folks out there who know about it. A bunch of hippies at the time (heard one dude is a realtor, now) actually rented the house just because of the ghost. Now I live a few blocks away from the house where Stephen King filmed the movie The Stand and that house is really haunted! Big time! That has been shown on Discovery Channel and we knew the folks who had to move from there.

Those old abandoned houses on Rutger St. have to be haunted. Expecially since they were let go for so long. Ghosts must be pretty upset with that.

Yes, the EVP's are very clear, too. There are about 5 different voices. One said he hated my husband and the guy who used to live there by their names. My husband was helping the owner do some excavating. Another said he hated the digger man. But, what really got me was when one entity said he hated the ancient one and the owner and the guys from University recording the EVPs did not know my husband is a Mason and belongs to an ancient blue lodge.

So i was brought to the Parkway a couple years ago to see this house and they told me to look at the very top window im guessing the attic and they said you can see an old lady in the window at night.. im pretty sure i saw something has anyone else heard this?

an old Amish built house on Utica st in Clinton I'm an electrician and I was working on the electrical system of an empty house that was about to become occupied. While I was working in the crawl space, I turned aound and saw an all black figure in early 1800's dress crouched down between me and the door. He didnt seem to notice me but I saw him so clearly that I initially thought someone came in. Later the owner told me that he had many simular experiences. Only after he told me that, I told him what happened to me.
