With the recent stories of Shop-Rite in Eddystone closing, Concerned Citizens for a Better Chester will be helping residents find an altenative for shopping. Brookhaven Pa has numerous supermarkets to shop at. Save-a-Lot, Giant and Pathmark are all located along Edgmont Ave. Amelia's Grocery Outlet is located on Chester Pike.(bridge repairs are complete).
Reports that an Amelia's Outlet will be going into the soon to closed Shop-Rite.
