Dr. Lawrence Giventer, a board certified ophthalmologist, also must pay a $15,000 fine and the state's investigation costs of $8,400 for activities when he practiced at two Southwest Florida clinics.

If he didn't go to prison that means he did nothing wrong. Win at all cost publicity mad prosecutors still insist on prosecuting those they know to be innocent. Federal prosecutors are particularly vicious. They could care less about legitimate suffering patients as long as they get their promotions and their name in the papers!
